I go here to see the movies that aren't playing anywhere else. All the smaller, indie-type movies play here. It's a convenient location, right on Sunset and Crescent Heights in the same shopping center as Virgin and CPK. The theatres themselves are definitely not as nice as most, however. No stadium seating or any other frills. It's never that crowded, though, which is nice, and I doubt shows ever sell out.
Very small selection of food here. Don't try the bagel dogs (I was hungry and got desperate!) They are inedible.

If you can get parking, this is a neat little theater that offers indie films to LA at a nice central location. I've seen many indies there, but what I like most about this theater is that they apparently rent it out to young or new filmmakers so that their films can be screened. I've been to several screenings there and it's quite delightful! AND they still serve popcorn even for the screenings!

Prime location and in the vicinity of several high profile businesses. Also known for its late night screenings and independent movie showings. The theatre is set in the midst of a shopping plaza that includes a coffee shop that is also open late and has restaurants and several clubs within the area, too.
