Lincoln Pipe & Plumbing Supply

I've remodeled a few bathrooms and kitchens in homes I've owned and although the labor is contracted I buy all my fixtures, water filter systems, etc from Lincoln Pipe, i.e. Jackie. She is incredibly in touch with all that's new and better yet, what gives most bang for your buck. I built a new home in Cincinnati and she is still the person I come to for all my fixtures and supplies. I trust her judgment and she makes it so easy to deal with... a professional with a staff of experts like no other store I've been to. I've been a customer of theirs since 1993 and will continue to be so no matter where I live.

Lincoln Pipe and Supply saved my butt. Do it yourself-er that I am, I went in to fix a faucet and they walked me through the parts, sold me what I'd needed to fix mine, and completely solved my problem. I go to the local True Value for most, but when I need something hard-to-find, I don't hesitate to got the extra distance to Lincoln Pipe & Supply.

.This is a tiny tiny pipe company, that has awesome supplies. Sometimes when I go there they are so busy, the owner will buy everyone a coke while they wait to calm the frustration.

I just called this am for a garbage disposal, and the woman that I spoke to was GREAT! She covered all the disposals and talks about them from a woman's point of view (IE---- does it chop everything up or is there not enough horsepower, etc.)

So now I know what I am getting, especially after I look at the items on Home Depot that is not beginning to carry the quality of stock that Lincoln Pipe has.... AND the prices are better than Home Depot!

So, suck it up, and if they are short or rude, think about how you are not meaning to be when you are stressed or there are so many customers at once.

I know they get short, but this is a REALLY good company!!!!

I came with a broken piece of my shower head. They really talked down to me, and acted like I had chosen a cheapo shower valve. Obviously, I have no idea what quality of shower valves came with the house. They gave me some decent advice, but they really did not treat me nicely.

They do offer doughnuts and coffee while you wait.

I've been here to pick up some piping for my handyman to install. The place is not that big, but they do have all the necessary equipment to pipe your house. My main pipe had to be replaced with a copper one and the salesperson was so helpful in picking the right typeof pipe to use. They even helped put the pipes in my truck. They do deliver, but for a fee and depending on where you live from the store. The prices are reasonable but can't beat Home Depot prices. I liked the great customer service I received. The hours are 8-6pm M-F except on Sat 5pm and they are closed on Sundays.

I have done a fair amount of remodeling but I am pretty much an amateur. Whenever I have needed to find the right part or get some advice on fixing something I have found Lincoln Pipe to be the best place to go. A friend of mine who is a pro designer uses them all of the time and recommended them to me.

The place is not that big and pretty busy but don't be intimidated. The staff is extremely helpful and tolerant of beginners. If you want to find the most common generic part go to Home Depot. If you want to find everything else and get some good advice go to Lincoln Pipe.

They have a ton of items in stock and can order you almost anything else you could want, all for a great price. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable -- they know all the tricks and nuances of plumbing and plumbing supplies (unlike those large, big-box stores where the employees have no experience in any particular trade).
