Reference Clothing Co

this is exactly like forever 21. they are not very organized, but if you look around long enough, you are sure to find somthing cute that isnt cheap looking. you just have to sort through everything else. the customer service is good. overall its a good store with a lot of items. it just takes a while to find the good ones.

just like forever 21, reference has an abundant supply of the latest fashion at cheap prices. however, you get what you pay for since the quality is not very good. i go here to get a cheap top or skirt for a night out that i know i will only wear once. they have so much merchandise, you can be in there for a couple of hours. they also sell cute purses and jewelry.

Although I'm getting a little too "mature" for some of their clothes, I have had several successful shopping trips to Reference. Their clothes are quite inexpensive, but don't look "cheap". They have quite a bit of variety. I've always been able to find a few staples, like tank tops, that have worn well and were inexpensive. It is located in the Paseo Colorado, which is a quaint little shopping area in Old Town Pasadena. There are lots of other good stores and restaurants in the Paseo, so you can spend some time at Reference and then check out the other spots and sometimes even hear some live entertainment outside. The sales staff is young and helpful.

Reference is very much like a Forever 21 store. The clothing styles and sizes are great for teenagers. Personally, I'm 26 years old and my friends and I love the store, but sizes run small. So if you're generally a size 6-8, you'll be wearing Large or XL in their clothes. The clothes are super cheap and trendy, although not too well made. Don't expect these clothes to last forever. But if you're looking for trendy clothes between the $10-25 range, you'll find them here. At least you don'thave to spend much money on something that may go out of style soon. Accessories, scarves and purses are cheap too!
