This place does excellent repair work on sewing machines and vacuums. They offer one day service and have free pickup and delivery. For sewing machines, they offer sales, sevice, repairs, used machines, and trade-ins. I took my sewing machine in for service more than 20 years ago and just recently went back for a repair job. I will go back.

Every time I drag a broken vacuum into this shop, I leave with a $600-700 new vacuum cleaner! This guy is smooth. He's likeable. Sounds honest. And you can't say no. First, he sold me a fancy Sharp. When it finally broke, he sold me a Simplicity, which is the one I have now. Frankly, I am out of bags and afraid to go there to get some. I might go home with some new toy I can't afford.

We needed a belt for our vacuum cleaner a while back, and B&L Vacuum & Sewing Center was a convenient place to get it. They had the part in stock, and our only complaint was that they made us buy two belts when all we needed was one. Still, it was cheaper than buying the belt over the internet because the internet sources charged for shipping.

If you have a vacuum in need of repair, this is the place to bring it. They do a very good job and the prices are reasonable. They will let you know if it is really worth fixing. Staff is friendly and helpful. The repairs are done quickly so you don't have to be without your item for long.
