They have a great selection of clothes and a lot of people around to help you find what your looking for. The set up is very easy to manage and look around with.

i like to shop at Macy's for the perfumes and their silver jewels. the men department has everything you may dream of, nice shoes too. My wife spend a great deal of time in the make up area where she asks someone to try on her the last lipstick o eyeshade! and they are very patient with her

I have watched this Macy's grow alot in the past few years. It used to be kind of yucky, and always have GREAT shoe sales, and now that it is all moved around, I can't seem to find that old lovin feeling that I used to have for it. I sometimes buy my Clinique from them, when they have a bonus, but have been put off by rudeness from the cosmetic's girls. The juniors section is so annoyingly loud and obnoxious, that I feel like an old lady. I do like the men's store, tho

I go to Macy's often and usually have a no-hassle shopping experience. But there are those times when the sales people are rude, or not helpful. I have bought things from the store that have been damaged or missing parts from sets. Be careful with what you buy, especially if it is on sale!

First of all I love Macy's and second, I absolutely love this particular Macy's. It's the one at the South Coast Plaza, that should say it all. That is my favorite mall ever. This Macy's is 3 levels and they have a separate men's store nearby. They have a huge shoe selection, purse selection, designer area, young area and jewelery. You name it, you'll find it. They also have a wonderful selection of dresses and coats. I love this store. If you get a credit card you're eligible for discounts too. Great store.

Nice store. This a wonderful store with loads of merchandise from casual to high quality designers. They have a mens section which is 2 or 3 levels and it is specialized in mens wear. Very friendly staff and sales as well. During the holidays it's worth it to donate some money to the childrens fund and then get money back for every dollar you spend on your account. Little perks like this keep me coming back.

As a macys card holder they always offer so many perks. free shipping and gift wrap. at this time of year it is very much appreciated. Special card holder days with extra per cent off.
