P.R.S. is a nonprofit organization founded in 1934 by Manly Palmer Hall for the purpose of providing thoughtful persons rare access to the depth and breadth of the worlds wisdom literature. You will find their store a hidden treasure of knowledge. If you are not familiar with the works of Manly P. Hall, I would suggest you go to the PRS bookstore and pick up "The Secret Teachings of All Ages." You can also ge a schedule for PRS's regular lectures which can be very enlightening.
PROS: Great workshops and unique enlightening books.
CONS: Sometimes getting to Los Feliz might be bad in traffic. Avoid rush hour.
