Chandra Thai Restaurant

an old coworker and i met up here for some chatting, its was nice, he was vegetarian and some of the dishes he ordered were great. i got the padthai. i say if you can make good pad thai, you are pretty good restaurant. and they did well, its not as good as Rambutan in SilverLake, but close to it.
i think its definitely worth a visit.

I like thisThai rsteaunt more than any other. My sister and I take turns. She likes Saladang better and I like Chandra better. They deliver and offer discounts for parties too. I highly recommend their Tom-Kai-Gy soup.

I like Chandra. I has a typical thai restaurant feel to it, but the atmosphere is pleasant, the prices are decent and the food is pretty good. I by no means consider myself to be a Thai afficianado, but I've been to a few places in town and choose to go back to Chandra on a semi regular basis (when I'm in the mood for Thai.) They also do take out, and have a nice little bar where I enjoy the occasional saki taste while waiting for my food.

Kind of an odd location, but it's an awesome Thai Restaurant. Great food, quick service and cheap!

This is a great little Thai restaurant. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, although I've only eaten take-out. It's also got a great little bar where you can eat, wait for your food or order sake. The food is delicious - very good for Thai. I recommend trying this restaurant on a weeknight.

It's in a bit of a weird spot, but man, it's a great bang-for-the-buck. They're charging $7 or $8 for rich, subtle Thai food that would be at least $15 elsewhere.

I have never really even been a huge fan of Thai food, but I have now found my new favorite Pasadena restaurant! Definitely low on the price range and a huge and very unique variety to choose from. Go with friends so you can order more entrees to try - I feel like I'll never get to try all of the great stuff. - dlr

Quite tasty, for being part of a hotel. The curries are quite good, as are the lemongrass-based soups. The best drink is a coconut, skinned and with a straw.

I've only been here once but it was fantastic. The fresh coconut juice was a nice touch. Great for vegetarians.
