why this place is always busy is a mystery to me. the place is noisy, the staff is unfriendly and the food is really not very good. Nevertheless there is always an hour wait and people do wait. Go to other restaurants in the area.

I love the book for a menu and all the different choices. Their crab cakes are devine and their mixed drinks are even better. I only dine here once in a while due to the prices but when I dine I live it up. The bread basket has fresh bread and all the appetizer I need before eating my meal.

typical cheesecake restaurant, huge meal, okay service, food is mediocre. I've been to several cheese cake factories in the area and I'm not too impressed. The food is okay, but with a menu that huge???? Why is it necessary anyway? And the cheesecake, expensive and not the best I have, but because its huge its a great place to take a large group.

This restaurant is one of the best restaurants in DC. The food is great. The atmosphere is great. The food is pretty reasonable. It has a variety of things for children and adults. Check it out

Cheesecake factory is my favorite restaurant around. The service is excellent(most of the time) and the food is even better. The sandwiches are the best value, the Chipoltle crispy chicken sandwich being the best. The cheesecake is pricey, but well worth it. It can easily be split into two servings. The White Chocolate Rasberry is the best! The atmosphere is also nice, being lowly lit and interestingly decorated. The booths are also very private.I would say that the only downfall is that there is almost ALWAYS a wait. If you have somewhere else to go afterward, get there early.

PROS: Excellent,excellent food
CONS: A bit pricey, always crowded.

This is a typical Cheesecake Factory - massive menu, massive portions, but all very good. We go here once a week and the people are incredibly friendly. The food is always great and with a 10 page menu there are always new things to try. As a vegetarian, I find that there are many options, and they are always happy to modify dishes (like removing meat from the pasta) to make them vegetarian.
