What can I say - except WOW!!!!!! What a fabulous time everyone at Keystone Pacific had on the Athena on Friday!!! Everything that you recommended was perfect from the food to the coordinator! The crew was phenomenal - Heather was exceptional! She was right on everything - always there when I needed something.
We are definitely on for next year- and can't wait! Thank you so much for everything.
I do apologize for not giving Heather the check. I guess that really proves what a good time I was having. I had it with me, too! I am enclosing it as we discussed.

Our Harbor Dinner Cruise event aboard MS Athena on September 19 went off perfectly.The cruise gave everyone a welcome break from the rigors of the Conference and the buzz ever since has been that this was by far the best event of the entire week! In fact, we are still receiving ''thanks-you's'' from around the world. The success of this event was crucial for us, as it was the only opportunity we will have for many years to assemble a group of our international airline entertainment clients, along with our customer base from the major Hollywood studios. The food was superb and your staff were obviously very experienced at making this kind of corporate event a success.Their smart uniforms and the silver tray service really emphasized the ambience of top quality that we wanted our customers to experience.Last but not least I know it could not have happened without you. You guided me through the menu selections and covered all the details in your proposal, leaving me with nothing else to do except send out invitations!I sincerely hope we will have the opportunity to work together on another event. In the meantime, I would be more than happy to recommend Electra Cruises.

Everything went great, and the food was marvelous. Our guests had a wonderful time.I'd like to thank you for all your help along the way. And especially for letting us drop off our wedding favors/items the night before. That was a real life saver due to the fact that everyone was essentially coming in from out of town and at different times. I can't imagine how Michael and I would have gotten those things over there easily on the morning of the wedding! You were a joy to work with and have a way of keeping things calm - which is exactly what a bride needs!If you talk to Nikki, give her my thanks again. She did an absolutely fabulous job and was a joy to be around! I would highly recommend her to others.There is one thing that I'd like to bring to your attention. There was another wedding there at noon for ''Liz and James.'' My niece (who was in charge of the guest book) told me that guests were coming up to our wedding and were confused. There are some signatures in our guest book of people we don't know (Yvonne Roberts, Ricky Roberts, Robin Orbanova-or something). We did not receive any gifts or money that do not belong to us though, so I don't think they have to worry. However, there are 3 or 4 people that attended our wedding that we have not received gifts from yet (God, that sounds so monetary and horrible!) I am only bringing this 4p because of the confusion - I hope there was not a mix-up. (People can't handle 2 Liz's in the same place!) Not sure what to do - should we just wait?Anyhow, thanks again for making our wedding so much fun!Sincerely,Liz and Michael.P.S. A girl I kept running into (Natalie) at the bridal shop, tasting, etc. - she has the same dress and is getting married on the Destiny this Sunday (the 8th). We originally planned to have our wedding on one of Electra's yachts, but the first consultant they assigned us to was frantic, overworked & forgetful and I didn't trust her to remember the details which I knew would arise. We switched to another consultant but after several weeks of not being available, I called her directly and found out she had left the company. No one ever bothered to tell us!
So we switched to a different yacht company, where the SAME thing happened again. Turn-over is very high at these yacht companies!

We have booked our wedding here, so, we will get back to you in a year, to let you know...so far everything is great! I am starting to get really excited. The people there are really nice, and let you know exaclty what you are getting into, so you kow just what to expect.
