The employees are very helpful and friendly. They take the time and descibe to you each plan and cell phone that you may be interested in. There are employees from both AT&T and Cingular so there is always someone familiar with whatever type of phone/service you are asking about. The employee who helped us asking took her time and helped us to figure out the cheapest plan for me.
