24 Hour Fitness

This gym simply has decent equiptment and has a heavy staff. The gym is not always clean. There is not good venitlation in the gym. The locker rooms are stuffy and not always clean. It is always open so that is a great plus. When no other gym is open they are and that is very convienient. I wish there was a bigger selection of food and drinks offered at this gym.

My cousin is a member of 24 hour fitness and I went with her to a step class on Saturday. I like this particular 24 Hour Fitness because the people arearelly nice and all of the machines are kept clean. I decided to get the 10 day pass and visit the gym to see if I like it. I did not end up getting a membership, but I do occasionally go with my cousin (free pass) to the Saturday step classes. They are really great classes. Very enjoyable.

24 hour fitness is good for men who are looking to build muscle but too well for women who are just looking to work out on the machines. They have great classes such as Piyo, Step and much more. I would recommend but try their free 10 day pass (print out online and bring to club).
