What I like about Kaiser is that they are always open. You can see a doctor whenever you may need too. Further, the pharmacy is right there, too.
Lately Kaiser has made efforts to provide classes for preventive medicine also. It really needs to provide more information on nutrition, too.
It charges more for emergency room visits now too. Further, even if you have "full coverage" your hospital visits may cost as much as $200.00 per day.
The staff, doctors and nurses are usually friendly and patient. One or two doctors over the years have been really annoying (rude, odd behavior) but you can get than any place.
The downside of Kaiser is that it is very expensive.
I would take Kaiser over any other plan any day. That is, as long as I could afford to do so.
