I went to this dealership because I knew the exact car I wanted. They were really nice on the phone and held the car for me to come see when I got off work. The problem then was that they didnt provide a carfax report, which other dealerships Ive been to usually do for a used car. Also the car was shaking and when I asked about that the salesman gave me some BS about it being old and thats typical... uh no it isnt. Then he tried to swindle me by giving me less than what he had stated on the phone for my trade in. At that point I just about walked out, however he did honor the price reluctantly (a measley $500). I ended up taking the car anyway, but I dont think they were particularly friendly or helpful at this dealership. I would definately buy elsewhere. Its too soon to know if the car I bought is a lemon. Stay tuned.

My son bought a Nisson 350Z. They didn't have the exact one he wanted so they ordered it for him and added nice floor mats, and a chrome 350Z license plate frame for the inconvenience of not having the car he wanted.

Do not buy a car here. My brand new car started having problems. Our of the 3 weeks I owned it, Connell had it in for service for 10 days. I'm extremely unhappy with the service department. The general manager has zero customer skills and the business office couldn't even get my trade-in payment handled. I tried to get help from Nissan corporate consumer affairs. After placing a call 2 weeks ago, I have yet to speak with "my" specialist. Service is a joke.

If you have to buy a Nissan don't come to this low class dealership. The salesman are completely pushy, trashy and very creepy. They reminded me like a pack of wolves when I pulled out of the dealership, surrounding my car and even blocking me from leaving at one point. This is not the kind of experience I want in any kind of shopping I do. Definitely avoid.

Purchased a car from them last year. They gave us alot of time, and helped us find just what we wanted. Dave was our salesman, and he was terrific, it was like having your grandad sell you a car!
