It can get way too crowded here sometimes but generally this is a fanastic mall.

Good restaurants and a nice selection of stores.

Pros: Nice basic stuff

i love shopping at this mall. It has the best Macy's, which is one of my favorite stores there. Best of all, there's free parking!!! it's perfectly located, right off the 405. There is also a great theater to go to before or after shopping.

I remember this mall when there was a bridge to nowhere, the bridge that connect to the Landmark theatre let out to a disappointing 3 story array of awkward shops that clearly just couldn't afford the rent inside the indoor portion of the mall. Now the space is used beautifully for the Landmark theatre.

The mall itself has improved too, but it would be nice to see more independent businesses open up here. I feel like every mall is interchangeable now.

The Westside Pavilion is a great place to people watch! It also has a great movie theater and a good selection of stores.

I love the many choices of stores that are available at the Westside Pavilion.

I love being able to park on the rooftop and catch the lift to the next level to go straight into The Gap which is where I normally head to.

The food court has a great selection of different foods to choose from.

I've shopped here often and found that their selection leaves a bit to be desired. The mall itself seems a bit run down and slightly depressing. If you can't make it down to 3rd St or up to the Galleria, this will do. Their food court is always packed and they have a small movie house that shows indie films which is cool.

The Westside Pavilion Mall houses the best Japanese "mall food" that I've had. For under seven dollars, one may order a plate of tempura, california rolls, teriyaki chicken, dumplings, and a portion of rice. It also has a small theater that features independent films and occasionally the indy hit, such as The March of the Penguins. There is lots of parking and the entire structure is lit up my a glass ceiling. A nice place to shop, watch a movie, and have an ice cream with the kids.

PROS: Movie theater

Weird but free parking, icky but cheap (for a mall movie) movie theatre, average selection of stores. It is close to the UCLA campus which might be the reason for its popularity, but its still not close enough to walk. If I were to travel, I'd head to Santa Monica 3rd street and the Santa Monica Place mall over there.

I really enjoy this mall because it's fairly close to my house and because it's not to big and croweded. They have free parking which is pretty unusual for Los Angeles and they have plenty of it too. I also like the sales at the Gap and the Macy's furniture store is really great. It just opened up and they're having great sales as we speak. Check out their tiny, moth infested movie theater. It doesn't have the luxury of a big fancy one but they have great movies and nice service. Overall a nice mall.

A nice mall and situated closely to the freeways. I've come here several times with my cousin who lives close by. They have really good shops here, especially the Nordstrom and the Robinson's May but also lots of trendy stores and less expensive stores as well. They have a food court and they even have a small movie theater in here which plays great independent movies and foreign films. This mall has free parking too. A true rarity in Los Angeles. But they only have one elevator which is so slow it's ridiculous. Great mall, very nice and relaxing to come to.

This is a great mall. They have all the coolest stores and they have little boutique stores that are one of a kind. You can get the latest fashion wear here for both expensive and cheap. They have Nordstroms and Robinson's May as the large department stores. Also a theatre is located inside with a comprehensive food court.

I would enjoy this mall more, if were not for the convoluted parking situation. The parking structure is too compact and confusing, and directions are not always easy to follow. Also, there seems to be a problem with elevators and escalators here, as I have encountered delays on many occasions, and even had to walk down broken escalators on numerous other occasions. It is well-lit and spacious, but overall, just a mess to get into and out of. The variety of stores is one attraction that is appealing, however. They also have movie theatres here, small and engaging. Just fix the parking...!

Since my college days, I have really enjoyed the Westside Pavilion in West Los Angeles. As a college student, the most remarkable thing to me was the free, abundant parking (quite the rarity in Los Angeles). The Westside Pavilion may not be the largest shopping mall, but it has a few department stores, specialty stores, and a very nice movie theatre. It also has a very nice Barnes and Noble and cafe. The interior is very relaxing, with sunroofs allowing for a bright environment. There are free concerts, including a weekly jazz band, that are quite good! There is even a nice grocery store right there at the mall! My only suggestion would be a few better restaurants because right now it is limited to fast food.

I'm not sure what these other users are talking about. Sure, if you want fight traffic through Beverly Hills to overpay for designer clothing the Bev. Center is for you. If you would rather search for hours to park and go watch some street perfomers, SM Promenade is for you. But if you want to get down to some shopping in an accessible area, go to Westside Pavilion. Great variety of stores, and all the big ones you need.

This mall caught me by surprise. Very accessible, right off the 405, great restaurants in the area, and good shopping too! I went in thinking it couldn't match other malls in the area, but it didn't have to, it created its own niche. With an independent film movie theatre (I heard they were renovating it too), and great stores, the WestSide a great place to shop.

I went to this mall to dine at Tony Roma's (That review is worth a gander) Westside Pavilion has convenient parking facilities. Part of the mall is outside. Barnes and Noble is great as it contains 3 floors. I need to come here again to know about this mall in further detail. But its right off La Cinega in Beverly Hills. So if you want to whip out some cash im sure they'll gladly take your funds.

The Westside Pavilion can't compete against other shopping malls nearby. Beverly Center, Century City, and the 3rd Street Promanade (including the Santa Monical mall) all offer more and better stores. Westside Pavilion does offer shoppers shopping (Nordstrom, Banana Repbulic, KB Toys, etc.), food (McDonald's, Tony Roma, Panda Express, Coffee Bean, etc), entertainment (artsy/indie movie theater and Barnes & Noble), and grocery (Pavilion market) all under one roof.
