Garrett Downtown Chiropractic

I started going to Garrett Downtown Chiropractic while I was pregnant. I was having issues with my sciatic nerve and was also experiencing migraines and general back discomfort related to the pregnancy. Dr. Garrett is simply amazing. He made me feel better so I didn't have to be in pain. He doesn't just crack your back like other chiropractors, he really gets to the root of the problem and fixes it! The staff is friendly and very welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Garrett!

I've been seeing Dr. Garrett for 12 years. I have had migranes for most of my life. Before seeing Dr. Garrett they were 2-3x a week with headaches at least every day. Within a year my migranes were 80% - 90% better. Now I get them maybe 1 every 6 months. Dr. Garrett gets at the root of the cause of problems so I don't have to take all kinds of medications that are very bad for you.

Dr. Garrett is a great chiropractor with immense knowledge in this field. For any back, neck or shoulder pain, I highly recommend Dr. Garrett. He is a constant professional and it??s a pleasure to be around his staff. So if you??re feeling pain, go to Garrett Downtown Chiropractic!!!

I got best treatment from Brain. I am feeling very well now. Before the treatment i was unable to sit even for few minutes but now a can do what normal people do. All credit goes to the doctor and his treatment plus massage therapies.

Dr. Brain is a very qualified doctor in regarding with pain management and he also is a very kind man towards his patient. Within few sessions with him i realize that this was the place i was looking for. Now i am improving myself daily in the guidance of Dr. Brain.

I was in a very bad car accident last year and Dr. Garrett was recommended by a friend of mine who is his patient for years. I have to admit that I was very skeptical at first. But I felt better immediately after starting treatment. Now, I continue seeing Dr. Garrett for regular adjustments and I feel great/

I've had migraines since my teens years. I've had never been in a chiropractor because of that. But a friend of mine recommended Dr. Garrett and I gave it a shot. WHAT A MIRACLE! I don't have migraines anymore and I've felt this good in my life.

I've been in a lot of Chiropractors before, but nobody was able to really solve my problem. I've suffered from chronic back pain for decades and for the first time in my life, I've finally started feeling relief and hope. I wasn't able to sleep for years and in my first treatment with Dr. Brian Garrett, I slept like a baby.
I recommend him to everyone .

Excellent chiropractor: Dr. Garrett is a great chiropractor who actually cares about his patients healing process. His office is well run and convenient. I highly recommend him!

This guy Dr. Garrett is the worst-- his charges are outrageous
make sure to find out how much he is going to rip you off first!!

Dr. Brian Garrett provides a full and professional Chiropractic service. I went to him after an auto accident Jan 09. He provided all the support and assistance I needed to start getting back to full health as quickly as possible. He even arranged for a driver to pick me up within minutes of an early morning emergency call to his office - I had woken to find my whole neck and back had seized up and I was unable to move. I've read the other reviews on this page and I have to say that, in the past year, I have never received poor service at this practice. Nor have I ever considered Dr Garrett (or his colleagues) lacking in knowledge - indeed, I would say quite the opposite. Dr Garrett is an informed, educated, clearly focussed, insightful practitioner who is totally passionate about his work and the health of his patients. To conclude: I have always felt cared for, been treated respectfully, received full instructions and the time needed, gained great insights and new perspectives (even though I might not agree with all of them). I believe that if you go to him (or any other practitioner for that matter) with an open mind and willingness to do whatever it takes to get better, then you'll get the results you want. For me, I will continue to make use of this very valuable resource in San Diego.

The guy is f****** quack. He dabbles in "body pH balancing" but clearly flunked chemistry...if he ever took it in the first place. I absolutely can't imagine him fixing anything other than his bank account.

No pain relief or change in my symptoms, and very poor patient service. There are many other (and much better) choices out there if you're looking for real pain relief.
