Bohemian Crystal

Just went their today and I have to say that everyone in their was very nice and helpfull. The lady that helped me actualy help me save money by suggestion. I realy like that STore will be back for sure. Thankyou

I love Bohemian Crystals! I have been going there for over 5 years now. Such a great place to shop at very low price. They have everything from pearls, crystals, metal chain, plastic, stones, glass and way moremost of the time its crowded (that speaks for its self), but its worth it. The place has been remolded, and now it is twice as big! The guys there are nice and good looking, so thats always a plus. Sometime the ladies in the back are not that attentive, but yet again they are old. Other than that I have no complains about customers service. It helps to make conversation with the lady in the counter, she is quiet, but really nice one you get to know her, and maybe you can get away with a discount.

I love this shop, have been going there for nearly 20 years and have never been disappointed. Get your friends together and take the drive, it is so worth it.

I've been a customer for 15 years! At first traveling as far as Whittier, then Diamond Bar, now Lake Elsinore. I researched other stores local to me for "prices & deals" but Bohemian Crystal is the only place I recommend to buy. The staff has knowledge of the million products they carry; always very nice, helpful and giving you the "scoop" on anything new. Well worth the drive, I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

I've been to Bohemian Crystal many times and haven't experienced what other customers have regarding poor customer service. I usually have a Latino gentlemen help me but the owner at the register has been very helpful with advice as well. In fact, she gave me a few wax-tipped applicators for rhinestone work for free. :)

Well I have been coming to this shop for over 4 yrs now but not necessarily for the Crystal. I have to be honest the staff and lines were a little to intimidating for me to shop for my crystals there. I am a person who likes to see and touch and get inspired but it is very hard to do that when you have a sales person rolling her eyes at you asking you what else you want.The prices are great! I have to give them that ,but I only shop there when I know for sure what I want... If not I prefer to shop around the block at Bruna Ferrari Beads Inc. on cecilia st. This shop carries crystal behind the counter and a lot of people dont realize that. There are no #'s or huge lines and yes crystal is not as cheap as bohemian but it is pretty close and you can touch and feel and see all the colors and shapes and sizes that they carry.The staff is always very patient with the selection process and helpful. I recommend if you are going to try bohemian prepare yourself to have a drive thru experience. If you dont hurry up you will have a line of people honking and barking at you!

Well, I went to see for myself what all the hub-bub was around Bohemian Crystal. All I can say is wow. Rude staff? I don't think so. They were the nicest and coolest people.

I had never shopped for crystals before - a genuine newbie. The guys there were totally helpful. I took my number, and when it was called - about 5 minutes (I was there on Saturday morning around 10:30am), I held my breath thinking "here comes the rudeness." Wrong. The lady that helped me rocked! She was more than patient and even took the time to show me every color of the Swarovski's I was looking at. After her advice, I walked out of there with over 2,000 Swarovski's for under $70!

You may be thinking - she got lucky with the person who helped her. Nope. The staff helping those around me were chatting up a storm with the customers - one even asked about the customers family. Very upbeat and fun. A lot of the people who shop there are return customers - and now, so am I.

Better than eBay - totally friendly, I give them 10 out of 10!

Aloha! I have been shopping at this store for almost ten years and Bohemian Crystals is one of my favorite stores to shop at. Their selection is great and usually have a lot to choose from. They have had specific items for years that most companies JUST started to carry. I have been a dedicated customer for years and will still continue to shop with them then go other places. I know what to expect when i go there. Yes the lines are unbearably long at times-thats why you gotta get there right before they open and yes the lady at the door can be more friendly-but she needs to be stern and alert for all the the many people that walk in and out so quickly, making sure that nothing is being stolen and that there aren't any questionable people- after all the store is located in the center of downtown LA! and and yes the workers might seem short-but they are under a lot of stress and have to be quick with each order so they can get as many customers in as they can during the day. So if you are going- make sure you get there really early specifically on monday's-there tends to be more to choose from and bring an organized list with 2nd choices. They have great prices and great choices and colors! And remember everyone is human-they are working-you are shopping-you should be polite to them regardless and ask them how they are-I'm sure you'll get a smile back.

i have worked with swarovski crysatls for 15 yrs and im sorry to say that i had a lot of customers come in to our store and try to buy crystals similar to there samples they bought at bohemian and there glass beads dont compare to the swarovski wich means there check glass there not shiney... so if u want to pay less for imitaion then thats fine u pay for what u get
oh and yes i heard there very rude

I agree w/most reviews the prices are reasonable however, you pay for it with rudenesss! Not only the staff behind the counters are rude (maybe it's because they're underpaid and running every second to get our crystals). The cashier's who I assume are the owners outdo everyone in the store on rudeness! No hello, no sort or "welcoming". All that comes out of their mouths when you approach the counter to pay is "is that it, nothing else?". Sometimes you can't help but be rude right back.

Best prices! You have to take a number and it gets crowded but i have never waited more then five minutes for my number to be called even on a Saturday... I wouldn't call the employees rude, just a bit attude-y... I really don't care I send them back and fourth and take forever... O well that's your job.... The owners ring you up and they are all very nice and helpful.... You get a discount when you buy larger amounts.. Love it here! They are not open on Sunday and they close early on Saturdays...

I only checked out the crystal but the prices are AMAZINGLY good and I, at least, was always treated with respect on both of my visits. Yes, the store is busy and you may have to wait a bit for check out but it is well worth the wait because of the quality and price.

This store was packed with great stuff (crystals, beads, jewelry-making supplies, yards of strung beads) at good prices. I was asked a few times if i needed help as i walked thru the store, and the store was quite busy. They were very businesslike and professional.

Good prices, rudeness outweighs the worth, friendliness sales even more, its hard to buy something from a monster, be more people friendly your sales will skyrocket, when your business are mention, there is always a negative response pertaining to your saleclerks, are we missing something?, is it that you just don't give damn about the customer, whats in their pocket is all that matters to you.

Their specialties are crystal beads. This shop is the cheapest I can find Swarovski crystal at in LA area. However, the store is always crowded especially on Saturdays and shop clerks are unfriendly. Business hours are M-F 9a-4p and Sat 8a-1p. But the best deal!
