I could never get enough of the coffee from here. there are so many good blends and mixes to choose from and drinking their coffee makes me feel like someone else, like a celebrity or something.

Excellent coffee, this is such a good place.

The weakest coffee I've ever had. Not sure how a four shot, 12 oz americano can be weak, but they manage to pull it off. The stores themselves are very nice; never really noticed if the staff is rude, slow, blah, blah...I go to coffee

Pros: coffee

Cons: service

Victrola is awesome - my favorite place to get tea (Burrough's Brew is the best!) and Mexican tea cookies. Their new location on Pike is nice, but very unwelcoming - they need to buy a couch; it's cold. But I frequently go to the one on

The coffee drinks are fine. The staff are your very average hipsters but nice if they bother to speak to you. They turn off their wifi on the weekend which is retarded. It's supposedly to promote conversation and community, but seriously -

Pros: decent coffee

Cons: nothing special

Victrola roasts and serves coffees they buy from around the world. You can get the absolute best espresso in town here. Baristas are superb, atmosphere is excellent. Coffees include "cup of excellence" winners -- that is, the beans

Pros: Best coffee, great atmosphere

I'm pretty fusy about my coffee having been a barista myself, and Victrola consistently makes good drinks. When you want to show people what really good Seattle coffee tastes like, take them here. That said, when I was in a few days ago,

Victorla is another of Seattle's rightly famous coffee stops, and probably the favored spot on 15th ave. The coffee is good and the atmosphere is excellent. The artwork on the walls is often quite interesting! On the downside, Victrola is often very crowded, making it hard to get a seat. They also no longer offer free wi-fi on the weekends. This may actually be a plus, as it brings back the Seattle tradition of caf conversation.

PROS: atmosphere, coffee, conversation
CONS: crowded

Victrola is the quintessential Seattle cafe. Crowded, music, rotating art on the walls and hipsters behind the counter. All of that aside it's a great place to hang out, study, and get a great latte. The free wi-fi is a big plus. And they have yummy treats like top pot donuts and flower power cookies.

PROS:
CONS: Usually very crowded

OK, so I am not a Cap Hill person by nature, so take that into account. This is a quintessential Cap Hill coffee house, with the pierced, the tattooed and the mopey black wearing people all around.

Hard to find a table sometime, as the local army of laptop workers has set up basecamp here.

Their espresso drinks are STRONG. Too strong for my taste. A bit burnt. And I like it fairly strong.

Good for people watching. Good if you can get an outside seat on a sunny day.

Victrola is the down the street, comfortable coffee shop that welcomes one and all. Go there to people watch, study, enjoy the live music, Stitch and Bitch, read the Stranger, oh, and have a great cup of coffee. I love their various types of tea - especially the colonile, a black tea with a hint of vanilla. They also have great sandwiches and tasty sweets. Yum!

Victrola is one of a kind in all of Seattle. The coffee is the "The Best in Town". In addition to the great coffee, you will receive great service, and delicious pastries and sandwiches. Victrola is a great place to grab a quick latte, or sit and relax on comfortable couches and overstuffed chairs to visit with friends or read a book. There is new local art every month and music to enjoy on certain evenings. Very family friendly; actually it is a cafe for everyone!
