The food here is a little different, having things such as chicken, celery, and apricots mixed together; but they create a nice taste, and their baked goods, such as the blueberry scones are to die for.

Perfect Garden atmosphere and not the hussle and bussle of huge restaurants although it has the food of a world class one. The rosemary-raisin bread is to die for and the portions are perfect and the combinations are quite one of a kind. Perfect for a Sunday brunch!

My favorite place to enjoy a very girlie lunch. The atmosphere is gracious and charming. The service is politely professional. The food is wonderful.
My only complaint is that it's not open on Sunday.

Not just because it's the highest rating "Insiderpages" offers - but Julienne truly is world class. It's right around the corner from my house, so - it's a favorite of ours.GREAT breakfasts!! Superb lunches and sandwiches.BEST breakfast? If you like salmon - try the salmon hash and eggs!

Great location, but to bad that the restaurant has an yuppie atmosphere. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant if the owners are there. They have poor customer service and are just out right rude, and it is to bad because they have good food.

What to do when you're having a dinner party or a luncheon and want to knock everyone's socks off? Easy breezy. Just zip on over to Julienne's Fine Foods-- it's the little shop right next to the famous restaurant of the same name. Nearly all of the lovely salads and dishes that they serve in the fancy schmancy resto are available for sale here, along with their luscious deserts and nummy chocolate truffles. They also have lovely teas and gouremt coffees and a few gifty items too (party favors, perhaps?) I guess the real question becomes... should you tell?

This french cafe is really classy and prices are very good. I love the lamb on raisin bread. The outdoor seating is quite lovely always in the shade, never a long wait. The round table inside is a real treat for entertaining. This place is a lunchtime delight.

I've found unique honey, oil, soap, bread, sauces, and soup here at this small but full shop. You can buy freshly prepared sides and entrees like their delicious cumin carrots with cilantro or fingerling potatoes and herbs or packaged to go sandwiches, brownies, and salads. Their frozen section carries larger version of soups, lasagna and pastas. I enjoy the salmon terrine, various aoilis, coulis, and cream sauces and the imported chocolates. Choices vary but you can purchase a fresh three course meal that looks and tastes like you took hours to make. The service is good.
PROS: variety, quality

The paradigm for the Ladies Who Lunch restaurant. This one has fantastic food, and a world-class bakery. The best English style scones -- (not too sweet, and only good when fresh IMHO). Handmade caramel. Lamb sandwich on a roll with carmelized onions. Perfect eggs for breakfast. Wonderful coffee. Incredible cookies. Just go.

This is such a wonderful place. I particularly enjoy eating outside here. The food is delicious, beautifully prepared, and the atmosphere is terrific. I try to go as often as I can. I recently went to Italy, and Julienne actually reminds me of that European cafe feel. Sometimes a bit of a wait, but well worth it.

Good food with wonderful ambiance. Get there early on Saturday morning to avoid a long wait for a table outside.

This is on a quaint San Marino Street and is primarily patio dining. Lots of business breakfasts but lunch is mainly San Marino ladies.
