Bonelli Park

Private Company Picnics at Bonelli Park are done by James Events. There are 4 areas where these events can be held and when you book with them the parking is free. The food is great and the games are a lot of fun. There is a lot of shaded seating andopen space. Churches also do Church Picnics at these group areas. My husband recently DJed a beautiful family reunion here. The nearby hills caught fire, and they were evacuated. I was impressed by how quickly the staff calmly evacuated the park in an orderly fashion. This is a beautiful park with a large lake that offers a variety of opportunities for recreation. Picnic tables, restrooms, fishing, and within walking distance to Raging Waters. Good park, great location.

This park is worth the drive, if you live in Los Angeles. Rambling and spread out, it has everything from large numbers of picnic tables to a lake. This is the park that a family reunion would take place at. There's plenty of space and lots of thingsto do here. The only problem is the drive, especiallly if you live in San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita, or the Westside. However, it is quite functional, and worth it for large, special occasions. Can get hot during the summer, so dress accordingly.
