NO, NO! This location of The Cheesecake Factory I cannot recommend. I don't care how great their food is, their service is awful and I do not support awful service. People do not deserve to be treated the way they have treated my family. Of course, the wait is long..blahblah. Just another sign of how inconsiderate they are in not taking reservations. Anyway, I put my name in two hours early one time to be sure my party would get in when I told everyone to come. We waited another hour and a half on top of that! Then when we sat down, I got a call that two people who at first thought they couldn't come, then could because of the lateness of us being seated, called again to say they wouldn't come. The waiter would not stop hassling me about my 2 empty chairs. (we had a party of maybe 10 people). Then he and another waiter made us get up after we already had been served our drinks and move around so he could take away one of our tables. My 90 year old friend from church had come and can barely walk. Yes, she had to get up and move. And they were very rude about it. My father was not happy and asked to speak to the manager. The second "waiter" informed us he was the manager. My dad voiced his complaint and the manager continued to be very rude. My dad asked if he could fill out a comment card. The manager said (and I quote), "Sir, we are the richest restaurant chain in the United States. We don't need comment cards." !!! Excuse me, but I will not support an attitude like that, no matter what your food is like. Even rich restaurants would not be rich restaurants without customer support. So there's a piece of my mind.
