Fashion Valley

by Vibeke S. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,576

I like Fashion Valley. It is a nice place with a lot of stores. They have a lot of expensive fashion stores, though which I don't personally like very much, but I guess that's just the way it is. It is nice and clean there.

Fashion Valley Mall

by Liz B. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 11,220

I love shopping at the Fashion Valley Mall but only on nice, sunny days. I never shop here when its raining because its an outdoor mall where you need to step outdoors to go to another store. They have all of my favorite stores like Pottery Barn, Z Gallerie, Gap. They also have an AMC Theater there that has 18 screens. Its conveniently located right off the freeway too.

shopping heaven!

by D W. | insider Insider | Rank: 20,000

beautiful upscale place to shop.....on a sunny day..for it's an outdoor shopping mall. They have the most variety of stores in that area. Specialty stores include Tiffany & Co., Talbots, Gap, Banana Republic, Crate & Barrel and Godiva Chocolatier. There's also about a few dozen restaurants there -- the Cheesecake Factory.

I love going to this place because it is bright and cheery, my mood lifts without buying anything.

Way too pretentious

by Shannon L. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 3,630

This is the mall I dread going to the most out of any in San Diego. It definitely caters to people willing to drop a lot of money--not at all budget friendly. The place is also packed most of the time, parking is always terrible, and forget it around Christmas. The Westfield Shoppingtown chains are far less of a hassle.

PROS:
CONS: expensive stores, no parking, really crowded

The place to shop

by Catherine F. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 2,805

All the stores that I shop at concentrated into one mall is the mark of convenience. Though parking is a pain and the turn in one entrance with the impossibly long stoplight wait is just as painful, the actual shopping experience there makes you forget all that. The place is big, but not too big that youd get tired walking from one end to another. The layout is simple and one in which you wouldnt easily get lost.

Fashionable & stylish malls

by ullas k. | insider Insider | Rank: 16,974

Fashionable & stylish malls in Fashion Valley are really a shoppers delight. Here the varieties of shops on offer are amazing & all the well known store outlets like JCPenny, Old Navy, Nordstrom, etc are in this place. Shoppers will not be returning empty handed for sure as there is something for everyone to be interested of & put their hands on.

Fashion Valley

by Vanity C. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 5,600

Fashion Valley is a very nice outdoor mall, that is pretty easy to find, and has tones of parking. It is usually crowded, so you might not get a great parking spot, but you will get one. They have a lot of higher-end stores, and a few less expensive ones sprinkled throughout. My favorite feature of this mall is that it has a movie theatre and tons of restaurants. Whether you feel like CPK, Cheesecake Factory, The Crocodile Cafe, or my personal favorite, : Cinnabon, this is the place to be!

Best Shopping Mall in SD

by Karrie F. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 10,288

Fashion Valley is the best mall in San Diego with a concentration of the best stores customers can find. It has both expensive and reasonably priced vendors. In other words, Louis Vuitton sells his world famous very pricy designs, or the more budget savy customer can head to JC Penney's for a quarter of the price. Whatever your purpose for heading to the mall, this is the recommended place to go.

Fashion Valley mall has all the best retailers. Although it's difficult to find parking, especially on weekends and during the holdays, this is definitely the best shopping experience around. Great stores and restaurants. It just can't be beat!

The best mall to shop at

by Macy T. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 7,437

Fashion Valley Mall is the best mall to shop at, because it has so many stores. It is outside, so that people can enjoy the nice California weather, and even if you do not feel like shopping, there is a movie theater and food court there. It is a very clean mall, and has a friendly atmosphere.

Best mall in San Diego.

by Peter L. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 527

Fashion Valley mall has everything that anyone would want to buy. Maybe except for cars and houses. The stores in the mall have class and the selection is uncomparable. The movie theatre was also a good addition as it shoppers could relax after all the walking. There are elevators throughout the strip, and many attractive people shop here. It's great.
