I have taken a few classes here at joyful movements. I find that pilates is a far more beneficial form of exercise for me. I have tried the traditional gyms and have found a pilates workout can give me better results with less stress. The studio is small and just off of Union Street, its not backed with modern equipment but it has excellent instructors that staff it. If you are looking to start a pilates regiment I would highly recommend this studio. Great one-on-one instruction and a great neighborhood.
PROS: small and very cozy
