I am a landlord selling an income property.
My first experience with Ritz, just this morning, was outstanding. Brent came out right on time to assess a situation with venting for a water heater. He knows older construction, the building code, plumbing and heating, the options, and ended up recommending nothing be done, despite a private inspector's report objecting to the situation. Brent also did a minor unrelated repair. Beyond his honesty, Brent educates his clients.
Armed with Brent's report and will full confidence of his expertise, I will save a good deal of money and unnecessary aggravation. I would recommend Ritz Pluming and Heating to everyone, without hesitation.

Awful attitude

I want to echo the earlier reviewer's comment:
"In addition to all this, the dispatcher/receptionist is extremely brusque and rude. Stay away from this one!"
The dispatcher's rudeness was only surpassed by the rudeness of the plumber, who proved to be shockingly nasty, insulting and condescending.
Why pay high prices to be verbally abused?
I can only hope that the guy's plumbing work lasts longer than his horrible bedside manner.

Ritz Plumbing has been the exclusive plumbers for our historical home
onward and upward for almost 25 years.
Both my husband Crosby and I have found the company to be honest, reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable in their field.
The service people come when they say they will and leave the house spotless.
Additionally, they also service my parents home and we have found them to be lifesavers when it comes to plumbers.

i had a toilet that would not stop flushing, they came out , charged almost $150 to fix, and now 6 mo later, I have the same problem again. when i called, they only guarantee for 3 months.

I had this company replace an old bathroom faucet that was dripping. The replacement job was performed satisfactorily - BUT - a) the amount of time spent on the job was just over an hour and they charged me 2.5hours and b) the sink began to slope downwards away from the wall over time. When I called to ask them to come back and correct the latter at their expense they sent the same plumber out. he did not correct the problem and they still sent me an invoice again overstating the time spent from what was a 20 minute visit to 1.5 hours. In addition to all this, the dispatcher/receptionist is extremely brusque and rude. Stay away from this one!
