My mom has used these guys for years, so when I bought my fixer upper first house, I called them when my kitchen sink was leaking. They were there when they said they would be and the guy was very friendly and even gave me a little free advice when I asked a question abut replacing a toilet valve. Thanks Jack!
4:30 - they called to say they're on the way
5:30 - I called back - they're 10 minutes away
6:00 - On they're way!
Told them to forget it. Called ROTO ROOTER who arrived in 10 minutes.
PROS: Didn't have to see an ugly butt crack
CONS: Can't run a plumbing business with phantom plumbers
