The service is really bad u can never find help when u need it. Securitas security were more helpful in helping me find what i needed. it takes more than 15 minutes to get help and when u do get it their mad because ur asking them for help!

I have been to this store several times in the past 2 years. There seems to be a lack of supervision with regards to stocking plumbing fittings. I always cross my fingers and hope to find all the parts I need to complete a project. Often times they will be out of stock of a certain common fitting like elbows. It is conveniently located how ever without the parts you need the convenience fades

No one to help a old man

It's too big and the young kids were too busy to help me.
I needed some scrap wood to built a tree house, but took almost 15 minutes before they could find someone to help me.
My regular hardware store was closed .... I went there the next day!

There are two Home Depot stores nearby my office, this being the further of the two by about 5 miles. We still prefer to drive to this store as they have what we need stocked more often than the other store and it isn't a complete madhouse all the time like the other store. You can get through the self checkout lines usually within 2-3 minutes and be on your way. Great store!
PROS: QUick checkout
CONS: Not the friendliest salespeople

Ok, so they are mom and pop shop crushers, but they have everything I needed. Their sales people are pretty good at giving you the information you need, although they can sometimes be difficult to find. These places are huge!!

This Home Depot was newly constructed a few years ago. I love coming here, this is the best Home Depot from all the other ones I have been to. The customer service is great and I always find what I need. The parking lot is pretty big I never have trouble finding parking.
