Gable House bowl is centrally located in the South Bay near Sepulveda and Hawthorne Blvd. Enjoy the best DJ play your favorite music as you bowl in the cleanest and most lively bowling alley in Southern California. The customer service and family atmosphere makes it great for the whole family. Teenagers love the rock n glow parties, and adults love the safe atmosphere. Monday's are known to be extra special with Quartermania where the food is almost given away for free while you enjoy Rock n Roll Bowling. Friday and Saturday night are always the best nights to enjoy the Rock n Glow party till 3AM. For those that cant make it up that late Rock n Glow is offered on Sunday from 9PM-12AM. And dont forget to come to Jack's place, Gable House's very own tavern. Jack's is the place to be for beer, friends, and Karaoke every Friday night from 9:30 PM - 1:30 AM and Saturdays from 9PM - 1AM.

It is very clean, and large with 2 full sides of lanes. They do have a bar, but it's in the back, and the kids won't wonder in. They also have an arcade. They had nights called "midnight bowl" where you would buy the lane for the entire night (and at a more than reasonable price). With an emphasis on strobe lights, disco, and vague shout-outs to art deco, the place has a look that far surpasses any grimy bowling alley that I've been to. It's also kept in good shape, the shoes don't look like they've been around since the 70s, and it's a nice place to relax on a Friday night. I had my son's birthday party, this past weekend and although both my party host were sweet and YOUNG tops 15. I had guest arrive at my party and a couple of them did not bring socks with them to bowl we had the combo birthday party for bowling and laser tag, when we went to the counter this BALD white man was rude and unprofessional. HE SHOUTED AT THE party host and was rude PERIOD. I had some guest drive over 60 miles and was rather embarassed that they had to pay $3.00 to purchase a pair of SOCKS. give me a break! I dont think it would of bothered me as much had he not been so DARN rude to his own co worker i would hate to think he is the owner of the place, but then again I should have listened to the previous reviews on here. I would never go back and would advise everyone of not giving this place there money- PERHAPS when they plan on getting rid of whomever manages the counter and learns a few 101 on customer service.
