Dishonorable Sales Staff!! I went to Ford of Montebello negotiated the price of a car, went in the next day and they jacked up the price $1000.The sales manger said that it was illegal for them to sell the car for less than the advertised price! Even though all "HIS" agents were telling us not to worry they can work with the sticker. Why All the LIES???? Knowing full well that my son needed the car for school and work, We were over a barrel. a day that should have been a joyous day was anything but. I felt like my family and I were raped by this car dealer. I will never give the FORD of Montebello a chance to "Violate" anyone else I come in contact with. I GOT S****D at FORD of MONTEBELLO will the slogan I use from now until the end of days. If you go to FORD of MONTEBELLO, Please BEWARE!! Another disrespected customer (Who will shop Puente Hills Auto Center from know on) Thanks.

I went there to buy my last car. The salesmen were very pushy and kinda rude. They wanted me to make up my mind rightaway and hurry up and make the sale. The service center also made me have work on my car I really didn't need. I guess because I am a woman they decided to make me get all this stuff done on my car. My husband yelled at me when I got home and said 80% of the items done on my car was not necessary.
