I used to work as a nurse at this facility and I wanted to say that it was the best working experience of my life. Kaiser Permanente, Long Beach has some of the most professional staff, doctors and nurses that I have ever had the pleasure of working with and their healthcare model is by far the best I have ever seen. I felt like I was really doing some good in my community while I worked there because of the importance placed on preventative healthcare. I would go there as a patient! The only reason I no longer work for them is because I moved away but I will always think back fondly on the staff who dedicate their lives to serving their community and to the patients, who were like an extended family.

Dr. Schaar used to be my pediatrician and he is a very nice man and very good doctor. The Kaiser Permanente in Long Beach is one of the cleaner hospitals I've been to. The receptionists are helpful and friendly. This Kaiser is not as crowded as others that I've been to and looks modern and well kept.
