BUYER BEWARE!! What they showed me in the showroom is not what I received. They installed my folding door to open the wrong direction. When asked to fix it, they refused, apologized and gave us a 10% discount. I will spend thousands in order to get it replaced. The windows were also bad. We ordered brushed nickel cranks and they installed white. After six weeks of calls, they finally told us that "the manufacturer doesn't make brushed nickel." But that is what was on the invoice and what we paid for. We used them because they were a "family" business. BIG mistake.

In 2004 we had a great experience with A New View. We had replacement windows installed in our entire home,2,600 sq ft, in Laguna Niguel as well as new solid cherry entry doors.
Their service was expedient and the quality of their products first rate, windows are all Milgard.
A New View, Cash and Jamie Cockerill, have been there for us. Some of the Milgard dual pane windows developed an issue in 2012 both Cash and Jamie worked with Milgard on my behalve and Milgard replaced under their warranty process.

Can not say enough about the long term value in dealing with A New View and Milgard.

We had a great experience with salesman Eric at A New View Windows and Doors. The estimate he gave was right on the mark, and now we have a beautiful new sliding glass door as well as three energy-efficient windows in our living room.
The installers were professional and finished the install within the estimated time. The vinyl windows are such a big improvement over the old aluminum ones we had previously.
We can also feel the difference in temperature during the summers and colder winters. Overall, a great experience.!

We had A New View Windows & Doors install new windows in our home. We are absolutely thrilled with the work that was done. We had A New View Windows and Doors replace our upstairs windows and slider in March, we called them in late April to give us a quote to replace all the rest of the windows in the house. They were here when they said they would be, replaced everything in a timely manner, cleaned up and were gone and everything looks great, we have had compliments from anyone who has seen them. Good people equals good work. If I had anymore to replace this is who I would call!

A New View was recommended to us by a friend, we needed a new exterior door and custom mirrored wardrobes for our master bedroom. The staff was very friendly and informative and helped us make the right choices for our home, all within our budget. The installers were courteous and professional and most importantly, neat and clean. Their work areas were spotless when the projects were complete. We used A New View for our home remodel and the Marvin windows they helped us pick look amazing. We had a design issue with our entryway and the owner of the company helped us work it out. We have received many compliments since its completion. Their installers were neat and respectful and did a first rate job. The transformation to the house can't be put in words. Pro operation all around!

A true family business feeling. We are so happy with our windows and doors with the quality and the service from all. I would highly recommend them for your windows and doors. There are many choices of companies to use but you need to look no further. You will be treated like family and they have the best knowledge of the products and what is best suited to fit your needs. The installation and clean up was amazing and so was there very competitive prices!

A New View did an excellent job providing me with window recommendations and installation. Their prices are excellent and very reasonable, and the installation work was as good, if not better, than any other company I've used in the past (ask for Mark, their number 1 installer). I had them install 3 windows first, and now will have them finish the rest of my house, which includes 9 more windows and one slider.

I called A New View to get a quote for a front door and 12 windows and I could not be happier with the service I received over the phone. The sales person was so friendly and offered to come to my house for free and measure and give me a quote. They came out the next day and measured and had my quote to me so quickly. The sales person was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Needless to say I purchased everything and couldn't be happier. What a great experience from my initial phone call to the installation.

So pleased with A New View Windows & Doors. We replaced our window coverings and interior doors and are so happy with them. The owners Jamie and Cash and all the sales people were so professional and honest. Our installer and his crew were clean and respectful of our home. I recommend A New View to everyone I know! We could not be happier with A New View Windows & Doors. We repaced our 20 windows, entry door, garage door and all interior doors with them and had a fabulous experience. The company is professional and honest, from the owners, Cash & Jamie right down to the installers who were such craftsmen!
I have already recommended 2 family members and will continue to refer anyone needing windows and doors. Thank you A New View!

I called looking for some pricing Milgard Windows to replace some old vinyl windows that the builder put in. Jamie was very friendly and took the time to explain the features and Benefits. The price was right the job was done in 1 day and the installers were clean and friendly. Thanks Chris H

Be careful! This vendor presented a very different persona once the contract was signed. It started with an attempt at concealing termites and ended in abandonment and the current litigation. If you chose this vendor, photograph everything and have your counsel retained.

We recently replaced all of the windows and sliding doors in our home and were very satisfied with A New View. They carry Milgard windows as well as other brands. While it took about 4-6 weeks after we placed our order for the windows to be ready, the installation took a couple of days. They do good work and the end result looks great. The new windows are a lot sturdier and more energy efficient as well. A New View has a showroom at their store, I suggest you check it out when comparing window dealers.
