Tony is the most honest businessperson I have had the pleasure of talking too in many years. He asked me some simple questions, and then recommends I buy a simple cable. Viola! Computer fixed. This guy is an example of what business used to be in America: honest, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. I wish you the best in your business Tony.

Outstanding and professional service! I brought my computer in to have both a hard drive and an eSata port installed. Tony did a very quick and professional job of installing them both. I found out about CCR by reading the reviews online and they were all excellent...I HIGHLY recommend Connectionz. I would definitely use them again.

I had what I thought was a broken DC Jack on my laptop. I took it to a local shop, where after 2 days of diagnosis they told me that I was right, and it would take a week to repair. 2 weeks later, they tell me that not only can they not fix it (they said they were missing the proper tools), but that they would have to charge me the cost of the part (~$20), and that my AC Adapter was broken along with my DC Jack.

After this experience, I brought my laptop to Tony at Connectionz, who after looking at my laptop for less than a minute told me that I didn't need my DC Jack replaced at all, all I needed was a new AC Adapter, which I could buy for $10-$20 online. He verified with a volt meter that my AC Adapter was the problem on the spot for no charge, rather then go through with the unnecessary and more costly DC Jack replacement.

I wish I had gone to Tony in the beginning, I would have had my laptop up and running much faster, at a lower cost, and with no unnecessary repairs. If I ever have laptop problems in the future, I'll definitely be giving Connectionz a call.

I had a very good experience. My laptop had what appeared to be a broken hinge which made it unusable in a laptop mode although I could use it with external monitor, mouse and keyboard. Timing was critical as it has all my work on it so I could not leave it for a lengthy repair. Tony was very responsive, carefully checked to be sure it did not have damage to the plastic parts and actual hinge by disassembling a small portion and fixed it by replacing a missing screw. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. There was no effort to talk me into extra work. I recommend him.

I recently took my laptop to Tony at Connectionz Computer Repair after reading some great reviews online. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. Tony gave me an affordable rate and a quick turnaround time. My computer was so damaged by viruses that essentially all I could do was turn it on and off. Tony had my computer virus free and protected within two days. Not only that but he was able to back up all my data as well to assure that I didn't lose anything. My computer is now running better than ever! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for great service and affordable prices. I will definitely be back should I ever need his services again.

You cannot go wrong with Tony! Not only does he come to our office, pick up our computer that needs work, and get it back to us asap, Tony is the constant PROFESSIONAL. I have worked with a few IT people but Tony is by far the BEST and most courteous. PC Connectionz rules!

I felt like a numb-skull when I called Tony at Connectionz. It took Tony about 14 seconds to make me feel comfortable. The repairs he made seemed impossible to me; yet, he took the process in stride and made it seem so effortless. Like a good medical professional, Tony has the ability to make you feel at ease in an uncomfortable scenario. Like the Frosted Flakes 'Tony'...heeee's Grreeaat!

I have been searching for an honest person to repair my computer. I searched so many websites when I came across Tony. Tony had many positive reviews so I decided to give him a call. Well let me say I was extremely pleased. I was concerned that my laptop had a virus so when I took it to Tony he took a look right then and there. He fixed my computer in 2min. I was glad to know that I didn't have a virus, but I was even more pleased with Tony's honesty. He took the time to explain things to me and suggested a anti-virus for my computer. When it was time for me to leave, Tony didn't even charge me anything. I am preparing to move back east and I hope I can find someone like Tony just in case I have more computer problems. THANKS TONY FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!

I had a virus on my desktop computer and decided to call around before bringing it in. I googled computer repair and about a dozen shops appeared. I talked to a few guys and everyone was pretty vague about time frame and cost, or whether or not they can do it without losing my data. I called Tony and he quoted me 120 and said it would be ready the next day. He is a great guy to work with and is very polite. Give him a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Tony did an excellent job removing a nasty virus that slipped by Norton Internet Security. There were several applications that I did not want to reinstall nor could due to missing CDs. Tony cleaned it and updated my system so i was better protected. Thanks again Tony

My drive crashed and I looked at insider pages for help. My wife had 800 email addresses for her business she thought was lost. I found Tony and he not only installed a new drive he captured most of my lost info from my crashed drive. Amazing. His price was extremely fair and he helped me within one day of my call. By the way, thanks to Tony's suggestion I have a back up system.

I had a problem with my laptop plug and I took it to best buy here in Pasadena. They told that it was completely broken and insisted I buy one of theirs. I when home and did a google search for another shop and that when I saw Connectionz. Tony was able to test the motherboard and fix the jack without issues. now my computer is working fine and I know where to go when I need more help.

I was ready to buy a new laptop, as mine had suddenly died on me. I happened by Tony's website in my neighborhood so thought to write Tony an email to see if there's anything he can do. Needless to say, he wrote me back within the hour and I scheduled an appointment with him for the next day. I dropped off my laptop by 3:00 p.m. and had it back (with a new hard drive installed and uploaded with the OS) by 9:00 p.m. the same night! Afterwards, I had some other issues with the laptop which Tony kindly helped me with on the phone. I saved so much money getting my laptop fixed..thanks to Tony!

I ran into a big problem with my laptop the night before I was to leave out of town for a business trip. I was stressed, worried, and didn't know what to do. I went online and found Connectionz Computer Repair in Pasadena through Google. When I read all of the great reviews, I knew I had to take my laptop to them. I dropped off my laptop at 8:30 p.m. and picked it up the very next day at 7:00 a.m. Connectionz made my day becasue I got a great deal on the price and a fast turnaround time. They were straight forward with the process and I felt comfortable with them. I am highly recommending.

I wanted to echo all the good things said about Tony. Based on the recommendations of Insider Pages, I took my faltering Dell Inspiron to Tony.

Unfortunately, it was more cost-effective for me to buy a new computer but Tony evaluated the problem quickly, and when I went to pick it up he refused to take a cent for his time and effort!

He is totally honest and can be trusted and he takes the time to explain things. I recommend him highly.

When I read the reviews on Insiderpages, I knew I had to have Connectionz Computer Repair fix my system. I had a virus that would not let my computer boot up. Tony was able to have it fixed by the next morning, so I didn't miss a day of work. A free antivirus was also given to me for free!

I'm very happy to have found Connectionz computer repair. Tony was able to recover all of my financial data for me from a broken hard drive, when Geek Squad sent me else where. He was also able to replace my laptop with a new drive and setup of the software the same day. He's a great guy with great work ethics.

Truly, in today's universe, Tony/Connectionz, is a phenomena. He's an honest, intelligent, highly skilled expert. I am still astonished to have the good fortune to have found him to fix my old pc. There is nothing disingenuous about him -- there is no nonsense. He's polite, he's nice, he's straightforward, he's competent, and he's trustworthy. He fixed it, he charged fairly and that was it.

After paying GeekSquad over $250 they still failed to fix my laptop and said there was nothing more they could do. Tony figured it out in a few minutes, and just like that, I'm up and running!

After reading all the nice review here about Tony, I decided to call him and see if he can fix my Alienware Laptop. I am so glad that I didn't have to send my AW lappy back to AW's company to get it fixed. This shipping alone would have cost more than what Tony charged to fix my machine. Tony came over to pick up my laptop and quickly fixed my $3,000 system for a very very reasonable price (price was also quoted before the start of service). I was afriad that I may have to replace the hardware, but it was simply a software issue and he reloaded Windows XP and my system is working flawlessly now. Excellent and great service, I highly recommend to anyone! Don't waste your money with GeekSquad or others!

Tony fixed my laptop monitor issue in less than 24 hours. It was as simple as bringing it in, and picking it up the very next day. T'was good as new!

I highly recommend Tony's services to anyone. He's honest and offers competitive rates.

A simple post card in the mail solved some of my biggest problems. Tony Nguyen owner of Connectionz has been a boon to all of our pc problems. I am not terribly adept at computer issues, and my son, well he just wants it all. Tony's card arrived and my interest kicked in because I saw that he was nearby. He came up right away and got both my son and myself up and running in minutes after we had router problems. As my son and I continue to screw up here and there, Tony has returned on several occasions and always with fast and spectacular results. On my recommendation to a friend, he traveled to Thousand Oaks to solve her problems and she was extremely impressed. So much so, that she will not be bothering to use the services of others that had preceeded Tony. I cannot say enough good things about Tony, his abilities as a problem solver, and his pleasant demeanor. Frustrations give way to fun when he tackles computer problems. Next time you have an issue with your computer, give yourself a break and call Tony. His rates are excellent but mostly it's about his skill.

I had a perpetual problem of overheating with my laptop. If you have Sony Viao and have shopped around to get it fixed, you know that it costs a fortune to fix it as people are scared to open a viao up. Tony, on the other hand, was not only willing to repair my laptop, but he also gave a great rate for his services. He is very well informed of the problems that are prevalent with computers, be it laptop or a PC. He was very professional and efficient, and also met his deadlines. I would highly recommend Tony for any computer repairs. Great Job Tony!

Tony is amazing!! He did a terrific job transferring data files
to my new computer from my old one. He did this quickly and very efficiently. He also erased all files from my old computer so that I could donate it without worry. His charge was very reasonable. I will definitely call him if I have any problems in the future and will highly recommend him to friends. He is very soft-spoken and most pleasant to work with.

Tony is awesome. I found him through Insider Pages. Contacted him and told him what I needed. Tony called me back the same day with the quote for the equipment and installation service. He came the day that he promised and everything is working beautiful. Tony will be my contact person for any troubleshooting with my computer and my college son's computer. My son is so impressed with Tony's service. I would recommend him to all my friends.

Wow!!! Tony is a great technician! He gave me great advice, provided awsome service and was very easy to work with. He was able to get my computer up and going the very same day. He was able to fix my computer when other technicians said they couldn't. Tony was always on time with our appointments. His prices were upfront and very reasonable. I referred him to all my family members and friends.

Tony really impressed me with his commitment to high quality service.

His goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction through very fast turn-around time (usually just one day!) and attention to detail. He certainly did that for me!

Tony was super helpful. He picked up my computer, and did a 3 hours diagnostic exam for free. I told him I needed my computer back by the next morning, so he worked late that night to make sure I got it back. I will definitely return to him if I have any problems with my computer in the future

Tony did an outstanding, expert overhaul on my computer
in record time. He is Trustworthy and Sincere. Very reasonable rates with no hidden fees. As a Senior Citizen this is greatly appreciated. I will definitly call Tony again if I have a problem with my PC.

Tony did a tremendous job setting up the wireless network in my home. He was professional and finished the job quickly. He also told me upfront what the cost was going to be so there were no surprises. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a computer repair technician.
