QFC

The QFC right by U-village is the best grocery store in the world! At least in my opinion! They have fresh fruits and veggies almost every other day, the best of all their open 24 hours a day 7 days a week :D

i was at this store with my boyfriend olin when we wanted to grab some beers. the local liquor store by olin's place was already closed. the time was about 1000pm. therefore, we took a nice brisk stroll to the qfc. the late open store, so convenient for someone like me. to my astonishment, this grocery store is really big. in addition, we kind of walked through each aisle, therefore, i noticed the food products available and the prices. i think the prices were quite cheap and there were a lot of food products available for the health conscious people.

The new QFC in the Broadway market just opened a couple months ago moving from the now abandoned building across the street. The new QFC took over the space that used to be Fred Meyer and one of my favorite vegetarian restaurants. Ive found the items that are on sale to not be such a good deal and the regular priced items seem to be pricier. I do like that there is a larger selection of organic produce at the new QFC but still I would rather go shop at Trader Joes. QFC is now the only 24-hour grocery on Capitol Hill.
