Kristine is a GENIUS..knew exactly what to do with my hair,fixed my botched cut & gave me the sexiest style ever. She is really nice and down to earth but is SERIOUSLY talented..Would definitely recommend.

Kristine is divine!! She was extremely helpful in selecting just the right red for my hair. She was patient and knew with uncanny accuracy just what I wanted. I love this woman's amazing ability and am elated to have found her. My search for a hairdresser is OVER!!!

Kristine has an exquisite eye, exceptional taste, and depth of knowledge that is very rare. Her understanding of subtlety, and how small changes can have a dramatic effect, bring her work to a level of sophistication that is unique. I'm extremely impressed by her mastery of color and hair design and can't recommend her enough. When Kristine is working with you, it's just you and her, a very focused and individual experience that creates extraordinary results. She's also totally cool and fun....you will have a fabulous time!

All I can say is that i love, love ,love my hair and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for that great hair stylist. I was very happy with the overall experience and left the salon looking like doll. She's GREAT!

I found Kristine based on these great reviews online. I have been going to her since April 2008 and she has done a phenomenal job! When I first consulted with her, she really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I don't think any stylist has ever taken the time to listen to my needs. Kristine was able to correct my jagged hairstyle and color. I went from looking like a rocker chick to clean and sleek, which was exactly what I was going for. She is great and precise at cutting hair. I just went to see her again two weeks ago to change my hair color and I left extremely happy! First of all, no stylist has EVER achieved the blonde color that I asked for. I have naturally black hair and always wanted some platinum highlights. She was able to lift my hair to that exact color I wanted! I am so happy! My hair looks great, it has platinum highlights with plum and I LOVE IT! Oh and I referred my friend to her and got 20% off my total. Her prices are reasonable as well. You will not be disappointed, if your hair needs correction, she's the stylist for you! I have had my hair done by Kristine 2 times and it has looked absolutely amazing!! I told her the color of blonde I wanted and she matched it perfectly. I also picked out some models in a magazine I wanted my hair cut like and she made it look just like theirs! I previously went to 2 other salons in california (I just moved from Texas), and they put in like 5 foils in my hair for well over $100!!! But Kristine on the other hand, takes her time and puts in a ton of color!!! I highly recommend her! She is so sweet and genuinely cares about her customers!! Go to Kristine Hair salon! I have been going to Kristine for over 4 years and I have never been unsatisfied with my experience. Not only is she an AMAZING colorist and hairstylist, but she is a wonderful person to spend the time with as my hair processes. She pays very close attention to detail and always gives her honest opinion on what will look good. She is an exceptional artist and I highly recommend her to all the people I know as well as the people who stop me and asks who does my AMAZING color.

I have been getting my hair done by Kristine for a little over 5 years and have yet to be disappointed when walking out of the salon. Whether I want my hair to be done exactly the same as last time or I want to walk out looking like a different person, Kristine hits the mark right on. She knows exactly what colors, cuts, and products should be used for each individual. Her blowouts are the absolute best!!!! Price are very reasonable!!!! Kristine has a great personality and is a delight to be around and joke with while getting my hair done.

She exceeded my expectations with color and cut and impressed me with her attention to detail. She is able to accommodate your schedule with evenings and weekends. Once your hair has been in the hands of Kristine, you'll have found your new stylist. All of these positive reviews here are the absolute truth. They are also how I decided to give her a try. She is very easy to reach via telephone, and after a consultation appointment I felt very at ease. She took time to listen to what I wanted, looked closely at the photos I brought, got her vision, and I've never been so pleased with my hair! She is also a fun and energetic person to be around. It is a pleasure to go to the salon.

I first discovered Kristine, searching the web, just like yourself, and it was the best thing I could of done for myself. I'm not exaggerating, but I have about 3 heads of hair, which was fried from all the years of processing I had done to my hair. Literally, I had all shades found under a rainbow (red, orange, copper, brassy yellow...every woman's nightmare). But then I discovered my hair fairy. Miraculously she preformed a color correction, color, and cut... Now a year later, I can post a honest review, and say my hair has never been better. If you are need of a miracle, you have found her...If you are looking for a good hair stylist with reasonable prices, you have found her... Or if like me, you're looking for someone whom works weekends and works extended hours she is your girl... And if you don't want to take my word for it, then just read all the other reviews... I found Kristine through Insider Pages and she exceeded all of my expectations. I've had a number of bad and expensive haircuts in this city and Kristine quickly restored my faith in Los Angeles hair design. Her focus is to make your hair look the way you want and create a cut that will grow out beautifully. She listens to you and then applies her amazing skill to achieve a fabulous cut. It helps even more if you bring her pictures to explain what you want. The whole hair-cutting process was relaxing and comfortable with amazing results. Kristine is an undiscovered treasure in this city - affordable and talented. I'm headed back to her for some highlights soon. :)

Kristine has been a God-send for me! I've had years of failure finding a good hairstylist, until now. Kristine fixed my fried hair and gave me a terrific cut and color. She is easygoing, friendly, and definitely expert. Her advice is on target but she will listen to the client's wishes and act accordingly. No attitude at all! If you want your hair to be styled consistently well, call her!

After having had some Very Bad experiences with hairdressers over the last several years I was terrified to go to a salon. I was so worried they would ruin my hair even more than it had already been by the Hairdressers from Hell!

I was so afraid I even ordered the Robo-cut from the Internet, hoping I wouldn't need a hairdresser. Unfortunately, a haircut from a vacuum wasn't going to bring my hair back to a healthy state or make me look as good as having it done by a professional.

Surfing the web, I came across the Insider Pages and read the wonderful reviews that were written about Kristine. I was so thrilled I called her right then. Kristine answered and I set the appointment.

My hair has been through hell and it is on it's way back with Kristines cutting and styling skills. She is friendly, professional and very meticulous. I think she spent at least 5 hours on my hair.

I just wish I would have found her years ago.

Kristine you are AWESOME!

i went to kristine today, april 23rd leaving totally satisfied, by dinnertime, my friend, a former stylist, plus the people at the restaurant commented on how great i looked and how much they loved the color of my hair. i have never, ever gotten compliments before. i'm in my 60's with lots of salon going expierence.
my main problem is that i have sallow olive skin and blue eyes and the stylists would pick colors for my blue eyes which sapped the color from my skin. prior to seeing her i was desparate. i've been everywhere with not so great results.
i went online. i picked kristine based on her reviews, set up a consultation and found the consultation was time well spent. i loved that she was open, saying what she felt was good for me and listened to my wishes, which was to keep some of my grey hair to avoid 'the growth line' and she's blended colors that have given my face the color it needed. lucky me.

PROS: she's talented, listens, and blends both, with great results

She's very dedicated and really takes her work seriously. She has great ideas on what to do with your hair and her enthusasiam and love of styling hair comes through. She doesn't rush at all and makes you feel you're very special and she cares about making you look your best. Plus, she's a dog lover --a big plus in my book!

Kristine is Amazing!!! Im so glad that I was referred to her, she knew exactly what I wanted and did an extraordinary job. She surpassed my expectations by far...She totally went out of her way to accomodate me and my schedule.....In my opinion, Kristine is the best in LA.....do yourself a favor, if you want your hair done RIGHT, see Kristine, you'll be glad you did!

I have never had my hair professionally done in CA. Why? Expense is one reason, but another is finding someone to TRUST. I have beautiful CURLY hair that I had somewhat damaged MYSELF from swimming and from coloring my own hair. From the minute I got Kristine on the phone, she listened well to my thoughts, was open to MY WANTS, and certainly didn't act like a snooty know-it-all hairdresser like the ones that TAKE OVER and supercede your own wishes. She said and I quote, "I will do my best to give you what you want and find something new you will definitely like." She doesn't lie ... this woman's great! First she suggested coming in for a consultation. I had originally wanted a cut and lowlights added to help correct an overly bleached hair-do. When she saw me, she very honestly said that adding lowlights would further damage my hair and refused to color it. She said that she would trim off the damage, but wouldn't cut it or else my hair would have been too short. She WORKED WITH WHAT I HAVE instead of trying to force me into something that I didn't want or something that could have potentially "hurt" my hair. She gave me a trim that's conducive to growth - meaning that the when it grows out the layers will still be FAB, and she colored only my roots and added a gloss (all made by Schwarzkopf - only the best) to the rest of the hair. What do you know - my porous blonde hair grabbed the color and now I have a glorious head of a beautiful light golden blonde that is turning heads like you would not believe!!! She admits my hair will be in it's ideal condition in about 6 or 7 months, but if my hair looks THIS GREAT already, I will be thrilled to see with what we can do a short time down the road. HONEST, NON-THREATENING, HIGHLY SKILLED, OPEN-MINDED, CONCERNED, INNOVATIVE, A VISIONARY, as well as WARM, FRIENDLY, and FUNNY are all words I would use to describe her. So thankful I followed that AWESOME vibe I got from our 1st phone conversation. She rocks!

PROS: Great prices, great ideas, excellent skills!!
CONS: I've never heard of her outside the Insider Pages. An undiscovered treasure

If you want a hair stylist you can trust COMPLETELY, you must go to Kristine! I have been going to Kristine since 1996 and have never had a bad cut / color / experience. She is always warm, friendly, never makes you feel rushed, and she's always full of great ideas. I couldn't recommend her enough!! And all my friends who I have referred to her now feel the same as me. :)
