Customer Service Standards Slipping  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I bought a new car in 2005 and at the time they were very helpful and seemed to care about fixing my car's problems and resolving my concerns. Once the dealership moved, the standards for customer service have declined to the point that do not return my calls, when they do answer the phone, they are rude, and seem only to care about getting my car out of the shop as fast as possible whether the problem is resolved or not. I DO NOT recommend purchasing a service contract from them unless the address the serious decline in customer satisfaction.

Lack of Communication and Customer Service  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

My first Dodge ever and so far very disappointed with the customer service of the dealership. No follow-up with their promises! What scares me is that I bought the extended warranty and not certain if they will abide on that contract. When I signed the contract I was told that I will get twenty coupons for oil change but never received it. I was told that from the dealership that we don't need coupons anymore that all I have to do is bring the car to their service department and they will take care of the rest. I have a problem with that because when I bought the car - there was a missing knob on the passengers side and was told that they will order the knob and will let me know. I was at the dealership to pick up the license plate and they can't find the word order for that missing knob. I was told by the manager - Mike that somebody will call me which I'm not so certain that somebody will.

They Try, Even Thought it takes forever  3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

Remember it is a car dealership, but that being said they DO try to help. However they seem to leave you waiting there for HOURS and HOURS on end with little to no or only cryptic answers at best. They will help you if they can, but you have to be forceful and let them know you don't have time to sit there all day.

PROS: Selection, They try and help
CONS: lack of communication

Great selection, great customer service  4 Star Rating - Very good

Dodge of Bellevue went above and beyond to find me the perfect financing option and the perfect car. The process was timely and easy. They worked with my blemished credit with no problem! The staff were friendly and made the whole process very comfortable. They even bought me a tank of gas! When it was time to drive off in my new car they made sure it was detailed to perfection. I'll purchase all my cars at Dodge of Bellevue.
