Almaden Mazda

I would just like to show my appreciation for Capitol Mazda fomerly Almaden Mazda, I take my car there for all my services, the advisors to the techs to the manager all take very good care of me, they show me the speed and expertise that I deserve all at an affordable price. As long as I own my Mazda I will drive the extra distance, for their professional, excellent customer service. Thank you Capitol Mazda...

I went to Almaden Mazda for test drive two months ago. They are not as friendly as some other dealers and they will push you to buy the car. This made me a little uncomfortable. Besides, their price is expensive. If you just want to see the car this place s not bad since the location is fine. But if you want to buy it you may want to try more dealer.

Well, I was going to Oak Tree Mazda (same dealer group BTW), but they took to long to do anything on the car. Almaden is a bit better and in more convenient location for me. Their prices are quite expensive, but I go there only for oil changes while the warranty lasts and for recall items. They always try to talk me into a maintenance not necessarily needed. From the last visit I would judge that their quality of work is not that great. I had my bumper step plate re glued and it seems they did a poor prep job as it is un-glueing already. For the warranty work they are OK I suppose, but anything paid, I will look elsewhere.

PROS: convenient location, they are an official dealer of Mazda, shuttle
CONS: pricey, a bit pushy, do not go the distance to satisfy customer

I bought a new car from them a year ago and have had nothing but problems they are unwillng to help and are verry roud! Not Recommended to anyone who cares how they are treated!!!
