I had an issue with my son renting an X-Box game. He didn't tell me about it and it is not included in the MVP program. 45 days later I got a collection notice for over $100.00.
Michele took care of it over the phone without any hassle. She was awesome and I will continue doing business because of her great customer service.

I have had their MVP membership and may I say it is a joke. They repeatedly tell you that new movies are not available unless you want to wait 3-4 months for a newer movie or just get the classics this is all it is good for. They always want you to upgrade your membership, push gift cards, previewed movies, even the candy on you when you tell them No Thank You. They are like pushes sales people. I would stay clear of this establishment on Hwy 79 they are not concerned about their customers in any way.

this particular location in temecula next to applebee's has what has to be the worst customer service ever, with preoccupied teens running every rental station your wait in line runs about the same as standing in line behind 3 shoppers at stater brothers with full baskets. the manager and his brother both of arabic descent run this particular hollywood video with little or no regard for future business ties with customers, on more than one occasion I have over heard complaints from cutomers in line ahead of me of having returned movies only to find out that the clerks handed over a popular title returned by the customer to one of their freinds without ever checking in the title and thereby causing the customer to accrue late fees as a result. on more than 5 occasions i have rented a movie only to open the box in the parking lot to discover that the movie inside was the wrong one or a game I rented was also the wrong one. I strongly recommend any one interested in renting movies to steer clear of this establis

PROS: there are none , except to say that in the end the consumer has all the power becuase he/she can choose to do business where they please.
CONS: ignorant teen agers, bad management, poor customer service skills, this store is a franchise and there fore the arabs running the store have little or no regard for your inconvenience and it would take an act of allah to help you get a disputed late fee off of your record.
