1 Stars: The anti-Christ of the internet (by Laura B.)

Everyone knows that WalMart kills small businesses. They hate WalMart & they write about it on their $299 laptops that they bought at WalMart, and their 20 / $1 pencils. So why is no one smacking up craigslist.org? Because they are cleaver enough to cover their massive corporation in a crappy building & crappy looking web site. They go into small communities and kill the independent publications that would normally carry the community's garage sales & personal ads. I hate how they insist on the .ORG. Why not come clean and put .COM???

5 Stars: my favorite site to shop (by Jamie N.)

From free items to cars to vacation rentals. Craigslist has everything. Easier to shop than e-bay. I have used it to buy cars, and household items. I also love the garage sales listings. Check out the best of Craigslist for a good laugh.

5 Stars: Better than Ebay! (by Heather R.)

Jobs, furniture, rentals, vacation rentals...just a few of the things you get! Sell your stuff without the hassle of ebay and pay no fees! I love it! I posted several items for sale on the site and within 24 hours it was all sold.

Jobs: I have more hits on my job searches than I do on any other website. You can search locally or, if moving, search other states/countries.

It's great!

5 Stars: Who Hasn't Heard of Craigslist.org? (by Tornado W.)

Craigslist is very popular, especially in the Bay Area. It is a free classifieds listing service that is great for selling items, buying items, finding a job, finding an apartment, and even looking for a date (just for the record, I never tried this - I've only heard about this section through others.)

Craigslist has set itself up in most major cities throughout the US. Some cities' listings are more than other cities'. A lot of college and young professionals use the free services. In fact, I've sold many things on Craigslist. It's better than Ebay in the sense that the buyer/sellers are local, you can meet up with them to see what you are buying, and there is no service charges. Selling stuff on craigslist is very popular and efficient. There is even a category on there of Free stuff that people are giving away. One time I saw an ad for free dirt. Funny.

It's also a great resouce to look for housing, used automobiles, or even a job. I think Craigslist is great and if you haven't tried it, you

PROS: Try it. It can be more addicting that Ebay. Great resource for buying or selling things. Listing your ads are free. The navigation interface is very easy to understand and the website is clean looking.
CONS:
