I recently took my Audi to Fletcher Jones to be serviced. Although the customer experience is impeccable
--Open at 6:30am, pick up as late as 8pm, even on a Fri
-- Free shuttle to the Loop
-- Car wash with service
-- Online appt scheduling
-- Prompt service
However, I think they tried to add on some unneeded charges. For instance, I told them that my 5 year old car needed a new battery for the remote entry. The service technician wrote "remote signal is weak" and I later got a call telling me that I needed a new $140 remote. I declined and asked them to put in a new $5 battery. Lo and behold, the remote works perfectly now.
PROS: Great customer experience and perks such as free shuttle & car wash
CONS: Unnecessary charges?
