this is a review of BANFIELD, not petsmart. receptionist extremely rude when dropping off my cats for a dental exam. vet is clueless in how to treat my nervous girl cat (the vet with short red hair, don't know her name). i had never seen my cat so nervous before. previous private practice vets have been so much better and had known how to handle my cats so much better. this place is overpriced, and even with an appointment, you end up waiting over an hour. if you want to walk in, good luck. tried walking in once, and ended up waiting two hours. nobody cares about your pets here and they treat your pets very harshly. such a disappointing office. also, they screwed up on my cat's vaccination history, and without even my approval and giving me notice, they ended up giving my cat a round of female distemper vaccine 2 years early. the vet assistant just said it's ok, the cat will just have a stronger immune system. hope she's right. just plain inadequate.
PetSmart.com is a good site where I buyed my products online, it's easy to use, the shipping time is fast. In order to save cash I would like to log in couponsavemore.com since it gave me shopping rewards. I would definitely shop this merchant again. I would like to suggest petsmart.com and couponsavemore.com
PetsMart is fine but a lot of products are priced incorrectly. Usually priced lower until you get to the register, you really have to pay attention when you're checking out. It's ok to go to if you must, but I prefer PetCo or PetGoods.

the staff at this pet store are always super friendly and accommodating. I only shop here for my dog. I like to bring my dog here, b/c she never gets to go anywhere, and it's fun for her.
Great place to bring your pets so they can pick out their own treats. Staff is usually friendly. Can even get your pet groomed while you shop. Nice place.
I adopted 2 of my cats from their store. This is basically like a "Home Depot" for pets. They have a little of everything and you can bring your pet (although I don't bring my cats). For some reason, everytime I go, it seems like they have pet training classes going on.
I have shopped in this store many times. I have enev brought my cat in on a leash to help pick out a clawing post and toys. They have a treat bar and lot's of great supplies for cats.
The staff are very friendly and helpful; the store has everything you could possibly want for your pet. It's a pet friendly store, so you can bring your pet along to try out the products before you buy. Definitely worth visiting.
PETsMART is a full service, giant pet store. They sell fish, birds, and small furry critters of all kinds. They also have adoptions for dogs and cats on various days of the week. The prices are very reasonable and it is so convenient to be able to purchase everything you'll need for your pet in one place. They have more dog treats and toys than I've ever seen in one place, and I'm sure its because the dogs often come shopping and likely pick out their own things!
