Sue & Sam were extremely helpful in assisting with my e-ring band upgrade. I've searched the net for months for something that suits my taste and style. Unfortunately, my taste is quite expensive. Although the online jewelers I seeked out via pricescope provided excellent prices as compared to major retailers, I decided to give our downtown diamond district a shot. I'm so glad I was referred to Sue & Sam because their prices, selection, and quality exceeded my expectations. The day prior to visiting their shop, I called and spoke with Sue..told her I'm looking for a halo with a micorpave band. The next day, I brought five pictures of bands I had in mind with the twisted band as my favorite. When I got to the shop, they went straight to one tray of settings to show me...and a twisted band was there. It was my size too! Soooo meant to be... As the previous review indicated, they are very trustworthy. I'm going back to them for my wedding band.

I went to Sue and Sam's about a year ago on the recommendation from my sister. I purchased an engagement ring for my fiance, and just recently we picked out our wedding bands. As good a selection as you'll find in the Los Angeles Jewelry District, the difference is that they are trustworthy, willing to work with you. I'm big on being able to trust the people I'm buying diamonds from. All their diamonds are certified, and they provide you with verification. Other family members have gone to them and had very similar experiences. I strongly recommend. Engraving available. Parking situation? Well, you're in Los Angeles. You'll have to walk a little, there's parking down on 6th and Hill--$5 .
