When you are sick, no one wants to wait for a
prescription. It took me a couple of visits to the
pharmacy and not have to have
someone to tell me to come back in 30 minutes.
Once they told me to come back the next day!
The service is perhaps the most unacceptable I have
ever seen in a drug store. I have noticed they rotate new
personnel on a regular basis as I imagine its a lot
of heat from disgruntled customers. I've been to
good Rite-Aids but this one takes the cake. One
summer they even let all their outdoor plants die
because no one in the store could come out to
water them. What a shame.
