Dann fixed my ailing spa for a very good price. In addition, where others had told me I needed a new pump and heater, he (correctly) told me there was nothing wrong with my pump, and that my heater could be repaired inexpensively.

I then managed to find a used heater, which he installed for me for about $75. When it didn't work right away, he hooked me up with a really good heater guy who had it working in about 40 minutes.

He's very conscientious, calls back, shows up when he says, goes the extra mile.

He's also very personable, explains everything that's going on, tells you how to do stuff yourself. All in all, a pleasure to work with.

Dann is that rare example of old-school quality and service in our modern world. I'd recommend him to anyone.
