GOOD: :the prices are excellent. their services listing and listings are very well done.

BAD: Don't try to return anything. Restocking fee, long turnaround time, hard time. they took a week just to look at it.

UGLY: I had to request assistance from the Better Business Bureau when they sent me a defective item (it melted!) and they refused to replace it or refund my money. Even then it is still under dispute because they haven't refunded my money, only credited me. I wouldn't get newspaper to wrap fish from them after their treatment of me. It has taken well over one month to resolve the dispute. enough said?

NewEgg is a site that specializes in computer parts and electronics and does it well. Their site is well laid out and full of all brands and models of computer parts and electronics. It doesn't matter if you need RAM, a hard drive, a new phone or a home theater system.
The web site is very easy to navigate and full of useful information to help you with your purchase. They also include rebate information on the products they sell.
Check them out for eggcellent prices, selection and service (before and after the sale).

Simply one of the best places on the web for computer components, electronics, and goodies like that. Prices are almost always lower than other competitors. Shipping is super-fast. The selection of products they have is massive. I haven't ever had to deal with their customer service, so I can't comment on that, but everything else about newegg.com is top notch.

Newegg.com is amazing. They have absolutely unbeatable prices, great customer service, and fast shipping. Really, what more could you ask for out of a company? You'd be silly not to go to Newegg for all your computer needs, you will not find better prices elsewhere..even on Ebay!!!

This site is simply the best, why? They have everything you could possibly be looking for and the best price. I did a lot of shopping around comparing and this site always had the lower price and if the price was the same the shipping was always cheaper. The have great shipping and they have an RMA service for returns and repairs that is excellent and fast. Thanks to this site I no longer have to drive 20min to shop at frys which is my favorite local store but having new egg saves me the time and money.

I recently purchased a Sony Digital Camera MemoryStick Pro from newegg.com. After searching for prices both online and at local retailers, not only did newegg.com have the lowest prices around, but their price for a new, unopened, factory sealed MemoryStick Pro was $30 less than what I saw at any other retailer.

I placed my order on Sunday night and the product was in my hands that Wednesday.

Their return policy is generous, and they have so many computer and electronics parts and accessories to choose from.

PROS: Great prices, Fast Shipping
CONS: none
