st timothys episcopal church

My wife and I were "called" to St. Timothy's Episcopal Church from Towson. We were looking for a safe pasture to call our spiritual home. Our first visit was filled with genuine and joyful greetings from multiple parishoners and Pastor Terry Sweeny. Worship at St. Tim's is Spirit-filled and Christ-focused. Sermons are convicting and thought provoking. Bible study( Adult Sunday School) was also well done. My wife works at UMBC in Catonsville and is already plugged in with the church. I am looking forward to volunteering to help out on their ballfields. Did I mention the church has 12 acres of open space, three ballfields and a skatepark? There is a praise band and they do a mix of contemporary music and traditional hymns. We are committed to being members of St Timothy's and it's community of captive Christians.

St. Timothy's Episcopal Church is a wonderful school for small children. The teachers are very caring and attentive. They provide a very safe atmosphere for learning and fun. My belief that only children of the Espiscopalian religion could attend, turned out to be untrue. They accept any and all children regardless of religion, and don't discriminate against those that are not of the same religion. The activities aren't religiously focused. Great school, and wonderful teachers. Would highly recommend.

wonderful nurturing envirnment for a child. the children that attend st timothys are more confident than those at a public school. they know they are loved and the parents know they are cared for.
