Four years ago we moved to Washington from the Boston area to be near our children and grandchildren. Friends recommended that we join the Everett Clinic at Harbour Pointe that was nearby. Although we have had no critical illnesses we have several conditions that need monitoring and some treatment. We have received excellent care, especially from our outstanding primary care doctor, Eileen de la Cruz, who treats us thoroughly and has been very helpful in coordinating our care with specialists and our two visits to Providence Hospital. We have been pleased with our specialists, the nurses and receptionists. The testing and record keeping have been efficient and MyChart is a wonderful way of tracking our progress and helping us take responsibility for our health, maximizing the effectiveness of each of our doctors. We are most grateful for our experiences at Everett Clinic that have helped greatly in our transitioning from New England.

I was so disappointed in the doctor I went to see for anxiety. I'm the type of person who would never go to the doctor and talk about a personal issue like that, but this one time I did and still regret it. The doctor literally spent 10 minutes totally with me. I felt like she didn't even hear anything I had to say, than recommended I try a medication without explaining anything. To top it off, the prescription she recommended was $145 with insurance... That's the generic price! Overall, I was so disappointed in her lack of intelligence that I'm going to go somewhere other than the Everett clinic. A doctor should not give you a medication recommendation in less than 1o minutes and not explain one single thing about it....

I recently jumped into a pool and hurt my foot. I went to the Everett Clinic and they took X-Rays. The doctor came back in and Told me she was not going to put me in a cast or the dreaded boot contraption..But she did perscribe me Vicodin. She also said the pain would last about two weeks. as I looked at my perscription of 20 5mg Vicodins I asked the doctor what haapens when this runs out...She replied with "Call me and I'll give you a refill". So 3 days later in more pain then when I went in and out of my meds I called for my refill. The first phone call was at about 1:30 that day, they said they would call me back...The second phone call was about 3:00. I asked them to please figure this out before closing (5:30) they once again said they would call me back....5:30 rolls around and nothing...I then got a hold of a very abrasive shift manager who was no help at all...I wouldn't let6 my dog be seen by the Everett Clinic...

I do like my doctors. They are pretty on top of referring me to see specialists at the main Everett location if they cannot determine what they can help out with. The doctors they refer me to on their vacations seem to take the time to familiarize themselves with my chart before I get there.

Their response time with the nursing staff in answering questions is pretty fast - usually within 1 day of my question.

There is one lab tech (the one Joe H. is referring to) who does not listen to me when I ask for the smallest needle possible on blood draws. I have low blood pressure, which means multiple pokes and probings (and resulting bruising) if the larger needles are used. The other lab techs seem to have no problem meeting my request for a butterfly needle and have no problems with my draws.

I don't think its racist to expect the people assisting with providing my health care to understand what i am telling them. I am glad the clinic employs people of a variety of language skills, especially to assist those patients that speak their native language. I would like to have the same courtesy extended to me, speaking my native tongue of English, to make sure all my doctors requests are ordered and followed up on according to my doctor's specifications.

Walk-in clinic is very quick in assisting, even if it means assessing the problem and waiting to see the doctor.

Joe, I found your review disgusting to be honest so I hope you read this. This is America which means that we have people who speak many languages and your attitude was disgusting!!As for the Everett Clinic in Harbor Point, I've been going there since I was 6 years old and my son now has my same pediatrician. They have been nothing but wonderful in all my experiences. They take time to really listen to the patient and concerns they have.I strongly recommend this clinic!

Lady who works the front desk for the lab "no speaky engrish"! Can you say high probability of lawsuit.

They forgot to do lab tests once for myself and my wife, which means you have to go back and try to explain to the lady at the front desk, that doesn't speak English, that she needs to do another blood draw.

They've forgotten to fax prescriptions multiple times.

Otherwise everyone is friendly and professional.

Everett Clinic (like so many others) are the McDonalds of clinics. They are all setup to move patients in and out as fast as possible, regardless of quality of service.

Dr. Biegle is my child's doctor and is very attentive to the health problems. She's great at figuring out some common sense solutions for problems that could easily be turned into larger, more costly issues for both me and the Everett Clinic.

I was recommended The Everett Clinic Pediatrics by a friend and I'm so happy I chose this clinic for my daughter's healthcare. Specifically my daughter sees Dr. Debbie Zaret, and she is very professional and knowledgable, but also great at relating to children. The nurses and wait staff are also exceptional. When we go in for appointments, Dr. Zaret always makes a point of asking how I and my husband are doing emotionally with having a baby around, and she really listens to our concerns or questions. I haven't tried the other branches of the Everett Clinic, but if I ever get the chance, I will. I hope you will too.
