lee's appliance service

I have had these guys out several times over the past twelve years. They won't be asked back. I waited two weeks for the service guy to show up. They knew exactly what was wrong and what parts to have when they got to the house (this problem has happened before). The "repairman" showed up, looked at my cooktop, agreed with my prognosis and told me the office hadn't ordered the parts and he didn't have them and he would have to order the parts and left (elapsed time: 3 minutes). Thanks for wasting half of a day waiting for nothing. A month elapsed and not call. I followed up and the woman who answered the phone told me she would have to "get my paperwork" and would get back to me. A week elapsed and no call. I called and left a irate voice mail asking for the status and a reply. No answer. Use these guys at your own risk.

They haven't been to my house for their service call ($90) yet; however, they were able to give me a next day service appointment and were willing to narrow the arrival time range to accommodate my schedule.

Lee's appliance service has very good prices when you want to go and get your electronics fixed. Their service isn't the greatest, but you do pay a good price for the service. Other places will charge you so much for the service, but they will get it back to you quickly. This place doesn't charge too much but they take forever to get your electronics fixed. We've been waiting almost a month for them to fix our big screen tv.
