I have been watching Dancing with the Stars the new hit on tv and called Impulse Ball Room and went down to give it a whirl. I just signed up for a class. Ballroom is making a big comeback and this is some great exercise (as well as a challange).

Like Ballroom? You can watch, take lessons
but either way this is a great activity for either.
The people are friendly and the entertainment
free.
