Top notch! He got us the best rate and everything closed at the costs/rate promised. Kerry was recommended to us by a couple of attorneys at a major law firm (many of the lawyer there use him) and we were not disappointed. Highly recommended!

Which is it? Did you work with Kerry a year ago or five years ago? I doubt that you're losing your house because of Kerry's advice. Personally, don't know of another loan officer that provides clients with a higher level of service or integrity. Best of luck to you Mike M. if you are in fact losing your home, but I think you're just trying to "smear" a great service provider here.

I am loosing my house because of his recommendation for 5 year fixed. He didn't tell me after the 5th year my mortgage can adjust 5% for the first adjustment.
Don't listen to this jerk!

I worked with kerry about a year ago. He assured me, he can get me the best rate. At the time of signing my docs he changed the rate on me. Do not Trust This Guy.

Countrywide Home Loan really knows their mortgage. They helped my husband and I get a mortgage at an excellent rate. We were worried we would never be able to purchase a home but Countrywide helped us learn about the whole process and how to finance our first house purchase. They whole process was very confusing for us and they continued to be patient with us the entire time. If we hadn't stopped in here, we might have never bought a home and just given up.

My husband and I used Kerry to finance our first home purchase a couple of years ago when he was at Wells Fargo and are using him again for our current escrow now that he is at Countrywide. As before, he has been knowledgeable and responsive. In spite of the many loans I'm sure he's handling, he has taken the time to explain the pros and cons of each product in order to match us with the best product for our needs. Not only is Kerry a pleasure to work with, but he also offers great rates and doesn't charge any points or fees. The only negative was the slower response time of Kerry's support staff this time around. Because his associate missed the cutoff time for submitting funding to the bank, we did not close 2 days early as Kerry & I had agreed. Instead we closed 1 day ahead of schedule - pretty good in my opinion.

I got refinance rate bids from several mortgage brokers, but Kerry beat them all be a large margin. Given the great rates he offers, he must have a huge volume of work, but he was responsive and professional all the way through the process.
