This is a locksmith company with headquarters in Manhattan, but they have dispatch service to towns all over Long Island. I was locked out of my car outside a shopping mall with my two small sons and this was the only number I could find and I was skeptical knowing that it was based in Manahattan. But I called, frantic, they calmed me down and someone got to me within a half hour. I did not even have to wait outside in the parking lot, I went inside and had some food and they called me on my cell phone to tell me they were approaching the mall. They are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week and their techs wear uniforms and show ID so you feel even more secure.
