The tellers at SMCU are all quick, efficient and friendly. I have always received excellent service with this bank, and I am always in and out very quickly. One thing I especially like is that when you are doing one single transaction, they do not require you to fill out all the paper work, so it saves a lot of time and paper.

If you live in Washington state you can join this credit union. I was having some financial difficulty after my son was born and needed a new car. Even with my not so perfect credit, SMCU did not take advantage of me. They gave me a great rate on my car and made me feel really good about my purchase.
