I am always on the lookout for knowledgeable staff at a business and I have never been as impressed as when I went to Sutherlands a few weeks ago. I was in the process of rebuilding a section of fence and I was unable to determine what the best way to go over a storm shelter would be. After a few minutes of talking to the lumber crew I had the materials I needed and I was able to the complete the project under my original cost estimate and also saved a lot of time by not having to drill into the concrete.

I've been into sutherland's on many occasions to see how they could do in price and selection versus the other big home improvement stores. They do fairly well and I actually bought a wooden swingset kit from them that they were priced lower on than Lowes and Home Depot.Their selection of pressure treated wood appears to be slightly better as well.
